Cooks fast works well. Problem with the coating I bought it in May 2026 now it’s June 2026 and the coating is coming off the top of the grill. Not happy about that but they are giving me a full refund for this issue so overall great cooking but won’t last the test of time. Do with that what you will. It won’t let me attach the picture.

Great grill but the packaging is ridiculous lol It’s absolutely insane how much cardboard is in the box. Almost each item is in its own custom folded box. It filled my dumpster twice! Way too much, so unnecessary.

Works great, cooks well, easy to clean. Highly recommend this grill.

We bought this last week and we love it. Wife put it all together by herself effortlessly in just an hour. (She loves assembling, fixing things 😉)

This grill cooks more evenly than any other gas grill I've used before, and the extra burner on the right to create the sear zone is an extremely useful function. Clean up is easy, functionally it's a great grill. We've had it for a little over 3 months and have always had it covered with the included cover when not using it. That cover isn't designed quite right and traps a lot of moisture inside of it. After about two months, the black paint finish started chipping off the outside of the lid. 3 months in, the lid is missing about 1/3 of its paint now and looks terrible. Will be returning to Sam's Club and looking for another, more durable grill.

Gas grill maybe OK if I could ever use it. Upon assembly found side burner valve (C21) broken. Tried to contact customer care hotline listed on the manual. I like soo many have tried multiple times to call 1-888-509-1721 left a message the first time no call back. After that the voice mailbox is full. I don't need to be told to call the number and they will make it right. the number apparently doesn't work.

My parents love to grill, so for their anniversary I bought them this grill. It's awesome. My dad loves the side burner for his sauces and sides, while my mom loves it for her veggies. The grill cooks evenly and it's so nice looking! It made a great gift and they love it too!

Really liking this grill so far. It’s actually pretty roomy and has plenty of space when you’re grilling for a bunch of people. The cast iron grates hold heat really well and the separate sear zone is probably my favorite part, especially when you want a nice sear without messing with the rest of the grill. The side burner is handy too for heating up sauces or making a small side while everything else is grilling. Ignition has been easy, temperature gauge is useful, and I like the storage underneath for keeping all the grilling stuff together. Also love that the cover is included because one less thing to buy separately. It is a pretty big grill though, so definitely check your space before getting it. Overall, feels sturdy, roomy and has pretty much everything I need for regular grilling.

Garbage quality, the paint peeled off from the first rain, the included cover does not protect from rain, so the grilled rusted in 1 month since the paint peeled off. The temp is off, whether you put it on high or medium. save your money, you will be disappointed
