2 months. I used the cover, dont use the cover it doesnt work just trapped moisture inside and this happens.. Lets hope customer service helps with this one.

Good size, good price! Pretty well built and has everything you need in a basic grill. The top lid is easy to open and close. Knobs are easy to turn on and off. Happy with my purchase!

This grill appears to be good quality after assembling it. It took two of us about 7 to 8 hours to assemble it, test it for leaks and fire it up for the first time. It heats up quickly and the side burner is a nice extra, but we probably won't use it for much. I will update this review if after actually grilling food if it is not as it should be. I would have rated it higher but as of right now it gets 3 stars because of the grueling assembly time and complications. Some holes were not threaded correctly, and screws would not go in. Some holes did not line up with where they should have to bolt pieces together, the side burner unit is cockeyed because of this, but it did work after we decided to "call it good enough". Everything should be perfect on this grill though as these grills are not cheap! We DID LOVE that it came with a cover! Our first Members Mark grill similar to this one had lasted 6 years. We hope this one will too.

For the price, it's a great product. During assembly, an arm used to position the side burner fell off. It didn't prevent final assembly and doesn't interfere with the burner's operation. The included cover is pretty cheap and has a tear on one of the seams. For cooking, the grill seems to run hot. However, I'm used to a CharBroil 'infrared' style with diffuser plates under the grill plates. My issue with this grill is how it handles rain with the lid closed. Without a cover, water pools in the grease catcher from the large plate under the burners. No significant water should be able to drip into the interior like it does. Once this grill is broken in, that water would be nasty.

We have purchased this grill twice. Both lasted about two years. At first it cooks great although it does tend to be hotter in the back. After two years we started having flares, rusting and the paint started to peel off the inside of the lid and around the sides of the cooking area. The entire grill warped from all the heat flares. While the price is great I cannot recommend buying this grill because it does not hold up or last. It took about a half day for my husband to assemble. Do yourself a favor and find a better grill that comes delivered to your home assembled. We spoke to Sam's Club customer service regarding the problems with this grill and they wanted us to bring it back to the club. It weighs over 100 pounds, there is no way we can fit it in a car or even a van assembled. It's a very large grill.

Seems like it works fine, but assembly was more trouble than it should have been. Multiple bolts and fittings were machined poorly, having burs that stopped them fitting together and in some cases casing other pieces to break off due to poor fitting. Some fittings were also painted over making this problem worse. In another instance the pieces meant to support the gas hose, specifically those leading to the side burner were bent on arrival so badly that they wouldn't fit into place without severe bending or breaking. In total this is a alright grill that can be put together in and hour or two, but with complications like this turn it into more of a 4 hour project that may require you to replace parts yourself.

Just got and assembled this grill for this summer and it's great. The assembly was easy and straight forward. For the price, the parts are great quality and the grill is very sturdy. I've grilled a few things so far and haven't ran into any issues, everything has come out great. Would recommend 100%

I ordered this grill online during the doorbuster sale. My pick-up order from the Provo, Utah location was cancelled the morning that I was supposed to pick it up, but I went into the store to ask about it at customer service anyway. The guy at customer service was not helpful at all but the curbside pick-up worker, Jonas, was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me with my order. I really appreciated all the effort he put in to help me get my grill! I didn't catch his managers name, but she was also helpful in fixing the cancelled order. Thank you Jonas! You're awesome and I can't wait to get grilling!

I would highly recommend the Member's Mark grill to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality grill without overspending.

We are very happy with how this grill cooks so far. Not too bad to assemble.
