Great deal compared to the others. I looked at a few different brands in the store,and this one just made the most sense for the price,The burners feel sturdy and well-made,and I appreciated that it came with a cover included .It does exactly what I need it to do without any extra frills.

This grill is great. It fits a lot of food. Bought it after we moved for the Fourth of July the price point is good for the size. Just watch it if your cooking fatty meat (sausage, or beef) it does flare up like any meat but the low setting is nice and hot… Also the sear element is awesome can’t wait to use it for my husbands birthday steak

This is a wonderful grill. In addition to its wonderful look, it heats to a very high temperature and cooks the food perfectly. Just be careful when unpacking it to look through every inch of each section to make sure you get all of the parts out. The instructions are very explanative and easy to follow plus you can go to a website for help as well. I love the fact that the base is enclosed and hides the gas tank.

Easy to put together, even for me! Honestly, I was dreading the assembly, but the instructions were clear and the whole process took less than an hour. All the parts were there, and it feels really sturdy once it's built！

We purchased the MM Pro Series 4 burner gas grill for Father's day 2026. After spending 2 hours on assembly found that part C21/side burner valve was broken. I have tried call the phone number provided (ending in 1721) but have not reached anyone.

The grill is nice but the customer service just plain sucks. I have a part missing and they have a number to call for that but it’s a circle jerk. Call, automated system, push a number, leave a message, nothing happens. 4 times I have called and left 2 messages- because you don’t talk to a person and not one response.

I bought this grill in March 2026 and have only used it four times but now the paint is peeling off the entire grill lid. I'd give a two-star rating because it does grill, but won't as I have called their Customer Care Hotline (1-888-509- 1721) that is listed on their Assembly Instructions three times over the past two weeks. I have not been able to reach a human and left three messages to return my call and have had no response. Very poor customer service.

On February 21st, we bought this gas grill from Sams. While the cooking function is fine, the top of the grill is rusting through. This grill is kept under the included cover when not in use, but the water seeps through the cover when it rains. It just rained here and the attached pictures will show the water sitting on the grill, which was fully covered throughout the storm. There is absolutely no reason that this should be happening at all, let alone 4 months after purchase. I am beyond frustrated to have spent $400 on a grill that I am already going to have to replace.
