This is a wonderful grill. In addition to its wonderful look, it heats to a very high temperature and cooks the food perfectly. Just be careful when unpacking it to look through every inch of each section to make sure you get all of the parts out. The instructions are very explanative and easy to follow plus you can go to a website for help as well. I love the fact that the base is enclosed and hides the gas tank.

Great grill but the packaging is ridiculous lol It’s absolutely insane how much cardboard is in the box. Almost each item is in its own custom folded box. It filled my dumpster twice! Way too much, so unnecessary.

Good Grill but one of the plastic handles broke and I cannot find replacement parts...Its a year old and nothing

Assembly took roughly 1hr 45 min solo. The overall assembly isn't bad, but some holes weren't punched and threaded properly. That added 15mins and luckily I had the tools for it. The grill so far seems really good for the price. The included cover is garbage. Just putting it on for the first time and there's 5 holes were sunlight comes through at the seams. These aren't the “vent” holes, it's just bad. Anytime I go to upload a photo, the Sams app throws errors.

i bought this grill not even 6 months ago is alway with the cover and under a roof. i notice that the cover started to build humidity on the top of rhe grill. now the paint on the top is falling and is rusted underneath the paint and the paint i falling out, doent seem like is has any kind of weather proofing or any kind of primer at all. paid some much for this and after a few months it looks like the last one that i had that lasted over 6 years.

Purchased the grill and started to assemble it to find there are some missed parts. Contacted customer service as instructed in the manual. Tried for a few days to reach customer service with no response. Cannot finish assembly because this is a major part. I will return it to the store. The part that’s missing is the cart front brace.
