Do not buy, not worth the headache. Missing parts and impossible to get a hold of customer service. Going to have to return the whole grill which is partially put together to Sam's club because no one will return my calls. Been weeks of trying to get through to customer service. Save yourself and buy from home Depot, Lowe's or somewhere that actually has a customer service department.

We have had ours for a little bit now and last night it went up in flames! The coating on the grill melted away and caught fire and it was smoking so much you'd have thought we were electing a new pope. We used a fire extinguisher to put it out and this morning it still smells of fire outside. It was on medium heat across the three burners.

I was worried this will be a hassle to put together, but it actually was not that bad. Only took me about 1.5 hours ish to assemble this. So far we have used the grill about nine occasions, and it has been great to us. It is easy to start and reaches high temperature pretty quickly. I am impressed at how even this cooks. Good purchase

This grill cooks more evenly than any other gas grill I've used before, and the extra burner on the right to create the sear zone is an extremely useful function. Clean up is easy, functionally it's a great grill. We've had it for a little over 3 months and have always had it covered with the included cover when not using it. That cover isn't designed quite right and traps a lot of moisture inside of it. After about two months, the black paint finish started chipping off the outside of the lid. 3 months in, the lid is missing about 1/3 of its paint now and looks terrible. Will be returning to Sam's Club and looking for another, more durable grill.

If “basic dude stuff” was a grill… This would be it. We had to replace a grill after hail damage to our old grill. Did quite a bit of research and decided on this one. The fact that it's all black matte finish sealed the deal for my husband who tends to like anything that looks tactical lol! (retired SWAT Commander) The extra features on the grill itself are a bonus as well. But includes a cover!? A good quality cover can be quite expensive and this one seems very nice so far. The searing station is a great feature as well. We've only had it a few weeks, but I plan to report back after some time. We use our grill year-round, including rough Indiana winters so hoping this one is as good as I'm thinking it is.

I bought this grill in March 2026 and have only used it four times but now the paint is peeling off the entire grill lid. I'd give a two-star rating because it does grill, but won't as I have called their Customer Care Hotline (1-888-509- 1721) that is listed on their Assembly Instructions three times over the past two weeks. I have not been able to reach a human and left three messages to return my call and have had no response. Very poor customer service.
