The grill itself is fine but the customer service is horrible. I purchased it and started building it only to find out that the knob attached to the grill cart for the door didn’t fit it all the way. I have been trying to contact customer service like it says but no one answers, I’ve tried for 2 weeks already.

Same as others had mentioned only have had for a couple months and used only a few times using the lid it discolored. I called Sam's. I would either have to take entire grill back to get full refund or take lid off and take to Club to get a new one. Very inconvenient.

The grill seems to work ok. The grill grates are straight garbage! I've had the grill 2 weeks, used it twice. Once for salmon and once for steaks. All of the ceramic coating is flaking off. I went back to SAMs with the grates and was told that they could refund the grill, but I had to bring the whole thing in. I was looking for a refund. I was looking for new grates. The stores can't do anything but refund everything. The grill is put together and now dirty. How in the world are most people supposed to one back to the store?

2 months. I used the cover, dont use the cover it doesnt work just trapped moisture inside and this happens.. Lets hope customer service helps with this one.

We are very happy with how this grill cooks so far. Not too bad to assemble.

I got this grill for Father’s Day and have only used it a few times and the coating or paint is already peeling off. I will be returning this.

It’s a very nice grill, just wish the warming rack went the other direction.
