It didn’t leave an aftertaste in my mouth which I really appreciate. I started with only one pill the first that and it was enough for me. Felt relax but not sleepy. Although sleeping that night was extremely easy which I appreciate as an over thinker. Would suggest tanking it in the afternoon.

I have not tried any ashwagandha products before trying this one so I was not sure how it would affect me. Overall I did not notice any significant differences in my stress or memory support as claimed on the bottle. The pills were easy to swallow despite being slightly large. They did not have any sort of noticeable smell or taste to them. Overall, I will finish this bottle but will likely not repurchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time I took a capsule was when I had an extreme headache and after a few minutes, I noticed that my headache faded and I was yawning continuously. I did feel a positive change in my mood. I was surprised because I didn't expect these capsules to actually work. I also love how they're vegetarian capsules instead of gelatin made because otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to try them! After doing some research, I found out that these capsules may not work as intended for everyone. It may even make some people irritable. Also. Not intended for pregnant or nursing mothers. Packaged in a dark container, so they're protected from sunlight. I also like their descriptions on the package, as everything is easy to read.

I've been on these nightly for the past week or so, and I immediately noticed a difference in my overall stress and racing mind. I take em about an hour before bed, and when they kick in fully I'm off to dreamland. I dunno if they necessarily are designed for sleep specifically.
