So, naturally when k had the opportunity to test them I took it. As with all supplements consistency is the key to success so I made sure to use these everyday to really see the added benefits. The serving size is 2 pills daily with this being a 30 day supply. I’ve found the pills are aren’t too difficult to swallow. They’re just your average pill size. They have no taste or smell which is nice. They stored like all other supplements. After taking these for a certain amount of time I did notice my stress levels slightly decrease and I had slightly more focus throughout the day. But other than that I wasn’t able to notice any dramatic or life altering changes in my mood or daily functionality. I think Ashwagandha has a solid place in the supplements world but I wonder how much impact it truly does have on the body. I’d have to further test it after this supply runs out but overall I am happy with the pills and would recommend them as an added supplements to anyone daily routine

Of you’re looking for a subtle, gradual boost in mental clarity, it may be worth the patience.

I used as recommended and started with one capsule a day and went up to two. They were easy to take and don’t really have a strong taste or odor. My fiancé took them a couple of times as well and didn’t notice a difference. I probably would not get this product again.
