I slept more soundly, without a doubt, but I can’t speak on the memory aspect of the product as I’m in a permanent brain fog at all times (likely due to my being post menopausal). For me personally, they helped take the edge off high stress situations in my day to day and helped me sleep soundly throughout the entirety of the night. The pills are a bit on the larger side, but I haven’t had issue with swallowing them or them getting stuck in the back of my throat. I was honestly impressed, and I went ahead and got some for my equally high strung (20yo) daughter. She’s also seeing success, so I can’t dismiss that either. It’s rare these days that a product performs as promised, but this one certainly does. Excited to try some of the rest of this line.

I couldn't tell much as far as the calming aspect of it as I already take other things for that, but for the focus, I did find that I was felt like at least that I was able to focus for longer throughout the day instead of my usual 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. complete downfall in focus and productivity. So I do think that these helped. I've tried both taking them at in the morning with breakfast and at lunch and really didn't see a huge difference and one over the other. I would have to say taking them with breakfast is more convenient and also maybe maybe I felt a little more focused in the mornings than I usually do but that's also my most productive time.
