I like that is contains KSM-66 ashwa and pharmagaba. The capsules aren’t easy for me to take and doing two a day is hard but I do it. I wish they were gummies. That would look better and be easier for all. I can’t speak to the value but I can say this is only 15 doses. So idk if the value evens out.

I slept more soundly, without a doubt, but I can’t speak on the memory aspect of the product as I’m in a permanent brain fog at all times (likely due to my being post menopausal). For me personally, they helped take the edge off high stress situations in my day to day and helped me sleep soundly throughout the entirety of the night. The pills are a bit on the larger side, but I haven’t had issue with swallowing them or them getting stuck in the back of my throat. I was honestly impressed, and I went ahead and got some for my equally high strung (20yo) daughter. She’s also seeing success, so I can’t dismiss that either. It’s rare these days that a product performs as promised, but this one certainly does. Excited to try some of the rest of this line.

I use Ashwagandha pretty much daily, and have switched between capsules and gummies throughout the years. This is the first I’ve used with GABA, which I hadn’t really looked into much before. Overall, after researching the benefits of the gaba sound great so happy to add it to my routine. As far as these capsules go, they seem to work well enough and they’re easy to take. They do require you to take 2, but they’re relatively small and don’t have a bad aftertaste. I’ve also noticed I don’t seem to have any issues with indigestion with these like I do with others so that’s a plus, assuming they absorb well because of this. Packaging is pretty simple and easy to use so no complaints there. Overall this seems like a great product and I could see myself using them again!
