I felt calmer and more focused after my dose and could absolutely see this being a positive addition to anybody's daily routine. That said, I did not love the size of the pills- if you are somebody who has difficulty swallowing large pills you may find these difficult. I wish that instead of two large pills I could've taken four smaller ones, but I understand why they may not have wanted to dose them that way. I do appreciate that they are tasteless and I would still recommend overall!

I will be honest I wasn't the most consistent with taking these, but I do feel like they were helping when I did take them consistently. This is definitely I product I will be repurchasing because I do think it helps and believe if I'm more consistent will see more improved results. As for the pills themselves they don't have a taste which is nice but the pills are large! I do wish they were a little smaller. The packaging is really nice it's clean, looks professional, and I love the color choices of the label.

Once I was able to open the packaging, the pills are large as to be expected with vitamins, they have a slight fishy odor, but undetectable and taste. I've noticed that they do give a calming effect to my nervous system, especially on higher stress days. So I I feel like they are working as the advertise to do. Been taking them daily and pleased to know this a noticeable change in my body‘s reaction to high stress.

Thankfully the pills didn't have an unpleasant smell or taste, so that's a plus. However, I'm not a big fan of the size of the pill as that can make it hard to swallow.
