    Relaxed

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been happy with the Ashwagamdha+GABA supplements. They help me feel calmer and more relaxed, especially during stressful days, without making me feel overly sleepy. They are easy take and a great addition to my daily routine.

    good supplement

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband loves this product! He takes it every morning. To be quite frank, its hard to to tell if it really is making a different- though he claims it helps with brain fog. He says they are tasty, good size, and easy to consume. Bottle also makes storage easy.

    Great supplement!!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Youtheory Ashwagandha and GABA capsules are a great aid to help me relax. I usually take a capsule about an hour or so before bed. They help me fall asleep and stay asleep which is great because that is something I have struggled with in the past. I wake up feeling energized in the morning and refreshed because I find myself only waking up like once or so in the middle of the night. The capsules are a little big so if you have trouble swallowing they may be a problem- otherwise they are great!!
