I do not have any complaints and perhaps the effects are so subtle that I am not discovered though. However, there could be effects later on that are worth the cost. There is no smell or taste when taking the supplement.

Seems good quality, fresh and didn’t cause gastric distress which I am sensitive to. The container was extremely hard to open. Someone with limited hand mobility would have trouble but maybe it was just my bottle

And it doesnt have any smell so i have trouble of swallowing. I usually take with food so it helps with my upset stomach. The pills are inside the dark bottle so helps with the stability. I noticed my sleep quality got better. Highly recommended!

These are in solid form capsules .It helps reduces my daily stress and I am sleeping much better at night . I love that it has KSM -66 Ashwagandha + PharmaGABA and ginger root extract and it also has memory support . Plus it’s 60 vegetarian capsules so it’s suitable for me. Only two capsules once daily, very easy to take. Highly recommended will buy next time for sure. Packaging is so nice very nicely packed so they stays fresh for long.

The capsules take a little getting used to, but do not have much aftertaste. My only complaint is that I felt groggy after a week or so.

I’ve heard about ashwaganda for a long time and have been wanting to try it out. I am constantly stressed out in my daily life and looking for something to ease my nervous system. The packaging of the supplement is lightweight and sturdy. The capsules themselves are not too big and I like that it is noted to ease into the dosage from one to two to help your body adjust. After two days I started to take two capsules and I was very happy with their effects. I felt calmer, more relaxed, I slept better through the night and woke up with a much clearer head. I took these daily for a few weeks and am loving their effects. I also like that it has added memory support which I feel aids keep my mind sharp especially in the midst of anxiety. Overall a great and effective supplement!
