I work from home in a position that’s ever changing and requires a lot of time management and multitasking throughout my day which can cause a lot of stress buildup . I started using this product by taking one capsule shortly after getting off work to help me wind down for the night and lead me into a restful night sleep. This product helps support calmness and reduce stress, helps maintain healthy, cortisol levels and is great for memory support. This product has been exactly what I’ve been missing in my routine and has honestly helped me to calm down and reset once I clock out. I will definitely continue to use this product. I am also looking into other products that I like to try by Youtheory.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking the Youtheory Ashwagandha + GABA for about 1.5 weeks now and have noticed an improvement in my quality of sleep. I take the pills right before bed with a glass of water. The capsules are easy to swallow. I noticed no smell when opening the bottle. The bottle however was mildly difficult to twist open, hopefully just a fluke with my bottle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been cycling another brand (two separate of ashwagandha and GABA) for over a year now. I decided to give this youtherory brand a try since it combined both into one dose. I was worried it wouldn’t work as well for me as the dose was slightly different and changing the brand however I have been pleasantly pleased. I am now a convert to youtherory. The pills are normal size for this sort of thing, easy to swallow. No after taste and I don’t get any tingling sensation which can happen sometimes from the GABA. I am in my later 40s and these keep me calm and maintain my stress levels. I highly recommend.
