I found they live up to their claim to help support calmness, which in turn helps manage stress. I did not personally notice a boost in stamina or endurance as the package states, but perhaps that is an effect of longer term use. The vegetarian capsules do not have any taste or smell making them easy to consume. I’ll continue to take these to see if I experience additional benefits.
