[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love taking ashwagandha to calm me and my nervous system but most of the formulas put me to sleep. This formula does the job of calming without putting me to sleep. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t get stuck in my throat. There is no stinky smell or aftertaste with these. I’m on day 7 of taking and it seems to work to help with memory retention. I’m still trying to lose weight so it’s a plus that it helps with lowering stress and cortisol levels. Another plus is that the capsules are vegetarian!

I did feel a positive change in my mood. I was surprised because I didn’t expect these capsules to actually work. I also love how they’re vegetarian capsules instead of gelatin made because otherwise, I wouldn’t have been able to try them! After doing some research, I found out that these capsules may not work as intended for everyone. It may even make some people irritable. Also. Not intended for pregnant or nursing mothers. Packaged in a dark container, so they’re protected from sunlight. I also like their descriptions on the package, as everything is easy to read.

I definitely could tell that they attempted to relax me and give me relief. While they didn’t completely relieve my stress, it did give me some relaxation relief. I do like the memory support aspect too, although I feel like you would have to take this long term in order to really notice a difference.

I think this supplement definitely helps you feel relaxed before bed (I take about an hour before I go to bed). I’m not sure it makes me sleep better or deeper though. As someone with chronic stress, finding a more natural solution is ideal. They do not have a smell or taste like a lot of other supplements have. I also appreciate that it tells you to start slow before taking the full 2 capsules. They didn't give me any stomach ache or nausea and they helped me feel better upon waking up.
