I tend to have anxiety and work in the medical field in a very high paced office so I find myself always stressed out. I have taken ashwaghanda previously from a different brand but this one with the gaba seems to make me feel even better, I feel so much calmer without being groggy

The ashwagandha made me a bit sleepy and the gaba helped with calming my mind. I might take one capsule the next time so that it isn’t as strong, but I really loved how effective these were. The capsules were easy to swallow so I didn’t experience any bad taste or texture. They smell like plant capsules, not bad.

It was actually quite difficult to open the top, which was slightly annoying but also made me feel more confident in its quality. The pills are a bit large and cannot be cut down, so something to keep in mind if that is hard for you. I've been taking it for maybe 5 nights or so now at bedtime, since it can make you drowsy. It's hard to say how much of a difference it has made so far. But I'm hopeful that with a little more time it may help a bit more with anxiety and brain fog. I feel like maybe I've slept harder than usual and even overslept a tiny bit the morning after I took my first "dose." It's been a pretty stressful week. And so it's hard to say if it's helped manage that better or not. I may be a bit calmer than I normally would. I will keep taking it to see how it goes!
