I’ve learned that this is an adapted genic blend of herbs, which works slowly overtime to help your body feel these benefits. I didn’t notice any discernible difference during the day so I pivoted to taking the tablets at night time to help with nighttime sleep. This product helped moderately, but I still had nights where I slept better than others. This particular bottle had a serving size of 30. After some initial research, it seems you get best results after 2 to 3 months of consistent years so keep that in mind.

There’s no smell which is so important as other brands of these types of pills have a weird smell that makes it harder to swallow. Packaging is bulky so it takes up a lot of space in the drawer but that’s minor. Can’t speak to long term effects but overall I noticed feeling a bit calmer - even if just knowing I’m taking it is making me feel that way!
