I did feel a positive change in my mood. I was surprised because I didn't expect these capsules to actually work. I also love how they're vegetarian capsules instead of gelatin made because otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to try them! After doing some research, I found out that these capsules may not work as intended for everyone. It may even make some people irritable. Also. Not intended for pregnant or nursing mothers. Packaged in a dark container, so they're protected from sunlight. I also like their descriptions on the package, as everything is easy to read.

Capsule itself was not overly large, in my opinion, fairly easy to swallow and did not leave an aftertaste. I have been taking it for about 2 weeks now and do think it has started working, I have felt a decline in stress levels and feel calmer than I had been. I followed the suggestion to start with one capsule per day, but will be increasing to two to see if it makes a difference.
