Used this TWICE ! Now it doesn’t work , auger works by hand but does not throw the snow ! Very unsatisfying!

It so easy to use and does a great job.  Not heavy easy to maneuver.

Love my snow joe

Opened the unit and was missing part%236, Auxiliary Handle Knob. Talked with Snow Joe customer service and of course they were out of stock on the part. Customer service wanted me to return the whole unit, before I got a new one. Not happening, since I do not trust them.

Missing part

This thing works! I was skeptical when I purchased, but, it does not disappoint. It cleans even wet heavy snow. Battery lasts a lot longer than I thought it would. After 15-20 minutes of fairly heavy use, it still had 2 out of 3 bars left. Only negative I have, is it was a little hard to get it put together. The wire that runs through the handle tube is almost too long and wants to bunch up when assembling sections. Other than that, for $150 it was a great purchase.
