This thing works! I was skeptical when I purchased, but, it does not disappoint. It cleans even wet heavy snow. Battery lasts a lot longer than I thought it would. After 15-20 minutes of fairly heavy use, it still had 2 out of 3 bars left. Only negative I have, is it was a little hard to get it put together. The wire that runs through the handle tube is almost too long and wants to bunch up when assembling sections. Other than that, for $150 it was a great purchase.

So easy to set up! This will be great for clearing the front walkway, patio, and steps leading into the house. We have been trying to get our teenagers to help more with shoveling, and this will be perfect for that. It is so lightweight and easy to hold. When they saw it, they were arguing about who would get to use it!! It comes with a case, which I really appreciated, and a battery charger that can be wall mounted. The battery is also lightweight. I loved that when I turned it on it wasn't too loud. We like to clear the snow early in the morning so we can get out for work and school, and I am glad that this will be quiet enough to get the job done without bothering the neighbors. Thinking about getting these as gifts for a few people!! Great little machine.

My first cordless shovel- really works well. Today was the big snow storm. Western PA got 12 inches of heavy snow. I've been out 3 times today to keep up with it. Longest was about 20 min and it was fine. Only downside is that it's a little heavy; otherwise nothing to complain about on first time use. Cut the time needed to shovel down exponentially!

Was very pleased with the results of this snow shovel! The battery life was great too! Was able to clear the whole driveway on one charge! I'm not one to take time to write a review but your product is of high quality and deserves recognition! Be proud!

It is almost perfect for older people to use with ease. If they could make it self propelled to move forward like a lawn mower. That would make it easier. The battery should last much longer than just 2 hours.

overall i am very happy with the shovel and have recommended it to many people. with a couple of design tweeks it would be even better. i would rate this as five star however there are a couple of small issues that i did not like. the trigger release button needs a more exaggerated ridge for release. it's too small for a gloved hand to get to easily. i would also like to have the option of a directional throw. the battery is too small and expires after 20 minutes or so and it charges very slowly. i purchased 2 additional 6 amp batteries that last longer and allow for more continued use.

The base and blade is plastic, so I'm sure it won't last long, as I've used it 3 times and they plastic already has nicks on the bottom of the base.

We love our Snow Joe snow shovel the real downfall is that we live in a townhouse and our Snow Joe Snow Shovel cannot be adjusted to blow the snow in a different direction so I'm feeling like I wasted my money because it's blowing the snow onto other neighbors sidewalks. This information was not related when I saw the advertisement I had to find out after purchasing and googled and learned there is one that's adjustable. I'm EXTREMELY UPSET

24V SS13 has been nothing but one issue after another. Original problem was battery not charging after first use, no help from snojoe. Next use motor died completely and there is no replacement motor available that I could find. I called three times to speak to someone only to be put on hold for over 15 minutes each time only to be told to call again later before I was disconnected. Definitely not a product id recommend!

Don't waste your money on this piece of crap!! This is so top heavy and needs wheels to operate without hurting your wrist. Who engineered this thing the snow only shuts out straight back into your face ? No lever to turn it to the left or right away from you . Pitiful, what a waste. Need to do better Joe!!!
