Don't waste your money on this piece of crap!! This is so top heavy and needs wheels to operate without hurting your wrist. Who engineered this thing the snow only shuts out straight back into your face ? No lever to turn it to the left or right away from you . Pitiful, what a waste. Need to do better Joe!!!

I would give it zero stars if possible. This thing can only get a light dusting done. Anything more than a few inches and it gets stuck ever time you try and push it into deeper snow. You have to either smack the battery into the terminal or hit the shovel into the hard floor to get it to go again. I've only had this for one winter and now this second one the plastic housing that holds the battery into place is snapped. This thing is a P0S and I should have gone with a Milwaukee. LESSON LEARNED

I was gifted this in 2022 and it's my favorite thing. Handles Chicago winters. And even if the snow is deep and very wet, and the blade binds, all you have to do is let off the power, gently tap the bucket and fire it back up. It's flipping awesome and also seems to me a screaming deal for how effective it is. Battery is going strong and I'm buying one as a gift this year.

My first cordless shovel- really works well. Today was the big snow storm. Western PA got 12 inches of heavy snow. I've been out 3 times today to keep up with it. Longest was about 20 min and it was fine. Only downside is that it's a little heavy; otherwise nothing to complain about on first time use. Cut the time needed to shovel down exponentially!

All parts, pieces, and papers were well packaged. The manual clearly described each step. I easily assembled the shovel in 5 minutes. The convenience of the included battery was great since some companies require you to buy separately. I was actually excited for the snowfall in order to try this out and I loved this product. Not having to manually shovel for over an hour anymore & have a motorized blade function makes the process so less time consuming. The wall attachment also included allows me to have it neatly hanging in the garage.

Waste of money. Received this as a gift from my dad, and even he thought it would be much better than it is. It basically just throws the snow out in front of you. Not very powerful, cheaply made. Seems like it may work better with a fresh coat of light snow. Personally, I would prefer to use a regular snow shovel - quicker and easier. My dad has a Snow Joe snow blower and it's great, but the shovel is a waste of money.

24V SS13 has been nothing but one issue after another. Original problem was battery not charging after first use, no help from snojoe. Next use motor died completely and there is no replacement motor available that I could find. I called three times to speak to someone only to be put on hold for over 15 minutes each time only to be told to call again later before I was disconnected. Definitely not a product id recommend!

I bought this electric shovel 2 years ago. Our last two winters have been very light with snow so I haven't had much use for it. I have less then an hour on it over them two years and it worked great, I really thought I had made a good purchase. But this year with our 1st snow I got it out, put the battery in it, pulled the trigger and it did nothing. I don't know if the problem is with the battery or the machine, but I do know it's not working and yes I did try recharging the battery.

We love our Snow Joe snow shovel the real downfall is that we live in a townhouse and our Snow Joe Snow Shovel cannot be adjusted to blow the snow in a different direction so I'm feeling like I wasted my money because it's blowing the snow onto other neighbors sidewalks. This information was not related when I saw the advertisement I had to find out after purchasing and googled and learned there is one that's adjustable. I'm EXTREMELY UPSET

Works great! Only wish it came with an extra battery.
