This is trash. I went through 2 augers in about 30 minutes of using this. It's cheap plastic. If they made a steel augur it would be 100x better.

I use this more than my Toro Power clear and my large Ariens blower that always requires work to get it started!

Unit started smoking after 10 min. of use. Not it doesn’t work at all.

Works great and performs as advertized. Only issue is inability to purchase extra battery.

After 3 months my shovel dont start anymore just nothing,dead.

WORKED FOR 2 MINUTES SHUT DOWN WITHOUT WARNING, BATTERY IS FULL WHEN WORKING IT WORKED WELL

Works well but wish it had deflectors that you could angle discharge.

My snow joe stopped have one winter. It is not good for snow above six inches.
