The product is not useful, it throws the snow back into your face, I cleaned the driveway with a shovel faster than the SnowJoe. I would like to return the product.

My Snow Joe is excellent, I unreservedly endorse and recommend this battery-powered snow shovel, I've had it for 2 winters now, no issues. Adjustable handle is great, it's well balanced. The snow flies so much that passers-by ask me where I got it!

I used the cordless shovel three times in snow 4 inches deep or less before it completely shut down. I'm disappointed as I've had good luck with SunJoe products. I guess that Joe prefers summer over winter.

From the snowstorm over night 2/4/2022 I went out and did my driveway, steps, and by my car on 1 charge. The trick is let the machine do the work for you!

There was too much wire in the handle to assemble per the instructions. I had to take the handle off of the base unit and assemble it before reattaching it to the base unit. The wiring will fit in the base but not the handle.

This is trash. I went through 2 augers in about 30 minutes of using this. It's cheap plastic. If they made a steel augur it would be 100x better.

All our neighbors saw us using it to clear snow and now they are ordering one for themselves. Great product!

I love how easy it is to use the only thing I don't like is if the wind picks up it blows back in your face other then that I love it

Great for sidewalks, porch steps and small areas. It is lightweight but does the job. I love it!!!!
