These gummies come in a sweet/sour and convenient form. I have been using these gummies for a month now 3 x's a day and they have been effective for cognitive health. I have not had the brain fog like I did before starting them. They are the perfect size and zero sugar. I will continue using them

I was sent this product for my honest review. Creatine in general is hard to dissolve and mix in, and about the only way to have the product is in a thick protein shake or an extremely fine made product that will still settle at the bottom of any drink after period of time. These creatine gummies are about as easy to consume and get the creatine someone may want that may not otherwise get through their normal diet. These gummies still have a slight grit to them, but knowing the cons of consuming creatine, this is about the best way to get this supplement and consume on a regular basis that is palatable. This is a well branded, appealing-to-the-masses product. For someone who is big into weightlifting and sports nutrition, they could easily consume this if looking to increase volume. It has a relatively clean ingredient list that any crunchy mom or nutrition-focused individual could appreciate. Overall, I would rate this product five stars.

I'm a big fan of bloom. These gummies look and smell wonderful. However once you start to chew the consistency is kinda chalky which I don't care for but I am very picky about protein or things similar. I think in general no one could make creatine taste any better than what bloom has tried with these gummies. Creatine tastes gross period but bloom made it taste the best they could or anyone else has.

Most creatine powders upset my stomach or are a hassle to mix, but these taste great and make it super convenient to stay consistent. I've noticed more energy during workouts and improved recovery. The product arrived with a broken lid which says it's rather easily broken plastic, I worry about the gummies drying out and becoming hard. The gummies themselves taste fine but have this really gritty texture and turn into a gritty thick mush after 2 small chews. The dosage is alright, for having to take 3 gummies I'd expect a higher dosage as 5 grams broken up into 3 gummies is a bit ridiculous. If you can get over the texture and don't mind a very low dose per gummy content than it's a good product.

These are great. They are honestly huge chews and they taste great. For me the texture is hard because they are a little gritty. You do need to take 3 of them so this is not a 90 day supply but a month supply. However they are good. I would def be willing to buy again.

Smell is ok when you open the container but the taste is great. Not chalky aftertaste hangs a bit but not overpowering. Easy to chew not super hard. Value seems good because you do get a lot of gummies in the container. The brand is a well known good review brand. Will recommend this to others.
