The flavor was good, but the texture was not it. It reminded me of a bad protein bar. I don't think this will be my main source of creatine. However, it's a good quick way to get your creatine in if you're in a rush. I'll continue to use periodically when I don't feel I have time to make a drink with creatine powder. I wish the dosage was higher per gummy. Eating 3 was a little tough given the texture, which is why it won't be an everyday thing for me.

The Creatine Monohydrate gummies from Bloom Nutrition are a solid option to add to your routine - so easy to take 3 gummies in the morning to get 5 grams of creatine in. I love that they are sugar-free, gluten-free, non-GMO, and vegan friendly. The flavor I tried is “Berry Boost“, and it did taste like mixed berry. It took a while to get used to the consistency, which is an opaque gummy, and I could tell there was a powdered supplement in it. Overall, it wasn't bad, but I prefer a different texture. This product claims to promote lean muscle without bulk, increased strength, and support cognitive health. I think any product with these claims would need to be taken for at least three months for a true evaluation. I did not notice any improvement in my workouts, but I think I may have with a longer trial period. If Bloom reformulated the texture, I would be willing to try another flavor of these gummies for a longer trial period.

These were not my favorite as I am sensitive to sour/tart flavors. I don’t taste any of the creatine which is great but the tartness is too much for me. Would still recommend to people if they can get past that and the berry flavor helps.

I am not sure about its benefits yet but it tastes not great. I just don’t like the taste. But with the boost creatine ingredient I believe it can bring the good result of building the muscles at gym. Give it a try to get your own experience.
