I feel like I am noticing results with mental clarity and in my workouts.

The label states “zero sugar” with Maltitol syrup listed as the first ingredient. Not sure if this is why the gummies taste chalky. These gummies are very chewy. Serving size is 3 gummies with 25 calories, 9 grams total carbohydrates, 10 mg sodium, and 5 grams of Creatine Monohydrate.

This seems like an effective delivery method for creatine, and the flavor is not bad. I would like to have gummies that are smaller, or a dosage concentration that allows a single one, instead of 3. It is certainly much more convenient than stirring powder into a drink.

I've been using Bloom's creatine for a while and have noticed a good change in my mood, energy, and cognitive function. It gave me natural boost without the jitters. The reason for losing a star it's because of the taste and aftertaste of the actual gummy. At first smell, it gives you the type that it'll be pleasant. It wasn't for me. The gummy texture wasn't there. It felt like I was chomping on crumbling jelly sand. That said, I'd rather take the powder form. One jar would last you a month. But overall, I highly like its benefits!

I tried these gummies for about two weeks before writing this review. I don’t know if that’s enough time to really see a difference in muscle or energy, but personally I didn’t notice my much. I will say, I liked the fact that they’re gummies. I’m not a powder person at all, so this was easier for me to stick to. The flavor is actually good at first, just the right amount of sweetness. The downside of it is that the texture after you bite into them… they get a little chalky, which threw me off a bit. Also, having to take 3 at once felt like a lot. I did notice some bloating after a while, but I’ve also been drinking a new veggie/fruit shake. So I can’t say for sure what’s causing the bloating. Overall, I prefer this over powder for sure. I’m going to keep taking them and finish the container to see if anything changes over time.

I’ve tried only products with the same benefits advertised with a serving size of one. Another negative, there are 25 calories per serving. I know it doesn’t seem like much but I’m in a deficit so every calorie matters to me. The product isn’t worth $30 dollars a month to me.

I’m an avid user of creatine powder and I wanted to love this product! I am familiar with blooms products and I just knew this would be a great fit for me! However, it is not. I cannot get past the flavor unfortunately. The serving size is three gummy’s per day, however, I had trouble eating just one gummy. The flavor is very tart and bitter. I do also want to mention that these are additional calories, 25 per serving. So for someone who is taking that into consideration, it may not be a great fit for them either. I have always trusted blooms products and I think if you can get past the flavor of this, they would be a wonderful addition to your everyday routine. The container is very large and I could easily see this getting someone through the month. I wish it would’ve worked for me, but unfortunately, it didn’t.

I was not impressed with these creatine gummies. The lid arrived cracked and the seal was also broken. I’m not sure if that was the reason they tasted horrible or if they are supposed to taste that way. The consistency was grainy. They smelled good but did not taste good.
