These are great! No tummy issues with or without food. I don’t feel a big boost but just a little added “oomph” a little bit after I take them. I started with 2 instead of three but I’m just trying to build some lean muscle. The packages was easy to open and they didn’t stick together. They are a bit big as a gummy, but are easy to eat. Soft, not really sweet, but not unpleasant. Not tart or sour and only a hint of grainy texture which goes away quickly. No bad aftertaste either and I didn’t feel the need to down them with a ton of water.

These gummies are great for helping gain leaner muscle and improve cognitive health. I have noticed a difference since starting them. I do light weightlifting and have noticed I have some increased endurance and muscle tone.

These would work well for travel! You need to take 3 gummies to get 5g of creatine which is a bit much, but the gummies have some sweetness. They aren't like gummy candy though, and if anything I'd describe them as a bit dry? Don't expect a super candy like texture, but the berry tartness is nice and I would have no problem eating 3 a day. For someone just starting to take creatine, or if you're traveling, or you don't mind spending a bit more, this is worth it! A good product for anyone wanting to get in some creatine.

The flavor was good, but the texture was not it. It reminded me of a bad protein bar. I don’t think this will be my main source of creatine. I also found the serving size inconvenient compared to traditional creatine powders. After using the product consistently, I didn't notice any meaningful improvement in my workouts or recovery. Considering the price, I expected a much better overall experience. While the packaging is attractive and the gummies are easy to take on the go, the taste, texture, and lack of noticeable results left me disappointed. Unfortunately, I wouldn't purchase these again.
