I’ve been taking these for a while now. I’ve tried them before and after a workout. I haven’t noticed any noticeable difference. I’ve also worked out without taking them and felt the same as if I had consumed them. That aside, the taste isn’t the best. It starts out promising but as you chew you get a chalky texture and taste. The supplements smell good like berries. The texture is soft and smooth before consuming them. I didn’t like the serving size. A serving is three cubes. I’ve tried only products with the same benefits advertised with a serving size of one. Another negative, there are 25 calories per serving. I know it doesn’t seem like much but I’m in a deficit so every calorie matters to me. The product isn’t worth $30 dollars a month to me.

The taste wasn't bad, but the texture was a bit different. I expected that chewy gummy feel, but it was almost like dry on the inside. Not terrible, but just something to get used to. Packaged great and ingredients displayed on the back. They arrived quickly too! I feel I haven't been taking them long enough to give a full review, but so far, they are tolerable and I am hopeful.

I've been looking for an easy-to-take Creatine supplement & was lucky enough to get these to try! The serving size is 3 to get the full 5G serving. They're made with clean ingredients and overall have a decent taste. I've tried a few others and I'll say these are by far the best I've tried so far! The packaging is easy to read & the top is super easy to open. My first gummy I took, I took whole and I had a hard time chewing it/getting it to fully dissolve for me to swallow. So the next two I took small bites of and it was much better! To the point that I can totally see myself using these daily (which has been my goal!).

I was not impressed with these creatine gummies. The lid arrived cracked and the seal was also broken. I’m not sure if that was the reason they tasted horrible or if they are supposed to taste that way. The consistency was grainy. They smelled good but did not taste good.

Trying to get summer body ready so these gummies came at the perfect time while I’m heavy into strength training and weight lifting. I love that these have clean ingredients and no gelatin and the taste is good considering the creatine added. I love that three gummies get me my creatine boost and the added health benefits that come with it, such as cognitive health and muscle boosting properties. Pretty packaging and the gummies are chewy with a good berry taste although slightly chalky from the creatine. I pop three before my workouts to help promote muscle building and have not noticed any side effects. Previous powdered creatine supplements did cause me to bloat but so far I don’t notice that with these gummies. Great value and easy to take creatine without messy drinks.

I did not like these at all. I think 3 pretty large gummies is quite big serving size. They do look pretty- I like the color a lot. But the taste and texture is not good at all. It tastes bad and almost tastes/feels like sand when chewing. I couldn’t get past it. I didn’t feel a big enough difference in benefits to want to continue to use them.
