Wow! These gummies taste so good. They smell super yummy and they’re a pretty large size! I like that I get to eat three everyday. I don’t feel any side effects besides improving strength and experiencing even a boost in cognitive function. You need this if you love exercising and health!

These gummies come in a sweet/sour and convenient form. I have been using these gummies for a month now 3 x's a day and they have been effective for cognitive health. I have not had the brain fog like I did before starting them. They are the perfect size and zero sugar. I will continue using them

Zero sugar and great cognitive support

From the moment I opened the Berry Boost Creatine Gummies, I was struck by how fruity and delicious they smell, even with no sugar. They taste a bit chalky at first, but eating them after a meal offsets this. They taste better and better each day to me. The consistency is pleasing - a little chewy, but not sticky. I was skeptical that they would give me mental clarity. I am post menopausal, and definitely have brain fog sometimes. After the first two weeks, I definitely have noticed an improvement in my mental focus. This third week was especially productive for me at work! Overall, I really like them and plan to continue using them.

I received this product for free from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. 

The Creatine Monohydrate gummies from Bloom Nutrition are a solid option to add to your routine - so easy to take 3 gummies in the morning to get 5 grams of creatine in. I love that they are sugar-free, gluten-free, non-GMO, and vegan friendly. The flavor I tried is “Berry Boost“, and it did taste like mixed berry. It took a while to get used to the consistency, which is an opaque gummy, and I could tell there was a powdered supplement in it. Overall, it wasn't bad, but I prefer a different texture.

This product claims to promote lean muscle without bulk, increased strength, and support cognitive health. I think any product with these claims would need to be taken for at least three months for a true evaluation. I did not notice any improvement in my workouts, but I think I may have with a longer trial period. 

If Bloom reformulated the texture, I would be willing to try another flavor of these gummies for a longer trial period.

Good option

The taste wasn't bad, but the texture was a bit different. I expected that chewy gummy feel, but it was almost like dry on the inside. Not terrible, but just something to get used to. Packaged great and ingredients displayed on the back. They arrived quickly too! I feel I haven't been taking them long enough to give a full review, but so far, they are tolerable and I am hopeful.

I’ve been taking these for a while now. I’ve tried them before and after a workout. I haven’t noticed any noticeable difference. I’ve also worked out without taking them and felt the same as if I had consumed them. 
That aside, the taste isn’t the best. It starts out promising but as you chew you get a chalky texture and taste. The supplements smell good like berries. The texture is soft and smooth before consuming them. 

I didn’t like the serving size. A serving is three cubes. I’ve tried only products with the same benefits advertised with a serving size of one. 

Another negative, there are 25 calories per serving. I know it doesn’t seem like much but I’m in a deficit so every calorie matters to me. 

The product isn’t worth $30 dollars a month to me.

Underwhelming at best.

This month’s supply container is heavy, the container weighs about 1.5 pounds. I mention the weight, because the individual gummies are large for a fruit type chewy supplement. 

The texture is kind of gritty and the experience is like chewing a sweet, firm piece of Play Doh. 

I’ve tried the recommended dosage for almost three weeks and can’t force myself to do it any longer. The only physical difference I feel is a heaviness in my stomach after ingesting them. 

I’m not a fan, and decided they just aren’t for me.

Sweet and gritty

In my opinion, these creatine gummies were not good. The gummies themselves are very waxy and “thick” almost. The flavor isn't very fruity and there's a very artificial aftertaste. They don't dissolve easily. I felt like I was chewing them forever. The dose is standard, 5g daily, for women. But to get the dose, you've got to take 3 gummies. The price, on average, $40 for 30 days is steep compared to other creatine supplements on the market. I will not be buying these in the future.

Not great…waxy texture, artificial flavor.

I really wanted to like the Bloom Nutrition Berry Boost Creatine Gummies, but they just did not work for me. The berry flavor had an artificial aftertaste that lingered much longer than I'd like, and the texture was stickier than expected. I also found the serving size inconvenient compared to traditional creatine powders.

After using the product consistently, I didn't notice any meaningful improvement in my workouts or recovery. Considering the price, I expected a much better overall experience. While the packaging is attractive and the gummies are easy to take on the go, the taste, texture, and lack of noticeable results left me disappointed. Unfortunately, I wouldn't purchase these again.

Disappointing Experience

I was not impressed with these creatine gummies. The lid arrived cracked and the seal was also broken. I’m not sure if that was the reason they tasted horrible or if they are supposed to taste that way. The consistency was grainy. They smelled good but did not taste good.
