I did not like these at all. I think 3 pretty large gummies is quite big serving size. They do look pretty- I like the color a lot. But the taste and texture is not good at all. It tastes bad and almost tastes/feels like sand when chewing. I couldn't get past it. I didn't feel a big enough difference in benefits to want to continue to use them.

Creatine in general is hard to dissolve and mix in, and about the only way to have the product is in a thick protein shake or an extremely fine made product that will still settle at the bottom of any drink after period of time. These creatine gummies are about as easy to consume and get the creatine someone may want that may not otherwise get through their normal diet. These gummies still have a slight grit to them, but knowing the cons of consuming creatine, this is about the best way to get this supplement and consume on a regular basis that is palatable. This is a well branded, appealing-to-the-masses product. For someone who is big into weightlifting and sports nutrition, they could easily consume this if looking to increase volume. It has a relatively clean ingredient list that any crunchy mom or nutrition-focused individual could appreciate. Overall, I would rate this product five stars.

Mixed feelings here. Personally, I didn't care for these. I found them too chalky and gritty and was prepared to toss them out. My husband, however, LOVED them and is a bigger fitness geek than me. They are pretty, the package is cute, but be prepared for the texture and you should be okay! 3 per serving isn't too bad. Didn't notice any side effects using them.

I was so excited to try this product but unfortunately it came damaged. The bag was ripped open and the canister was shattered with the gummies sprayed about. I didn't feel comfortable trying these since they were open to the elements. I will say they smelled great and seemed to have a great texture.
