I really like these gummies, and I’ve never had creatine gummy‘s before. I’ve always had the powder form, but but for it to be in a gummy and a serving size of just 3 is actually kind of enjoyable to eat. I’m not really a fan of sweets, so this is a nice fine balance. I wasn’t expecting quite a big jar, but it looks like it will go a long way. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their cognitive health and also promote that lean muscle that you’re working hard to achieve. Really good buy I’d say.

Bloom creatine gummies in Berry Boost promotes lean muscle, improves strength, and cognitive health. This is a great alternative than messy powder however I did not like the taste. The label states “zero sugar” with Maltitol syrup listed as the first ingredient. Not sure if this is why the gummies taste chalky. These gummies are very chewy. Serving size is 3 gummies with 25 calories, 9 grams total carbohydrates, 10 mg sodium, and 5 grams of Creatine Monohydrate.

Bloom is a brand that I have grown to love and confidently gravitate towards when considering clean ingredients. These chews really hit the mark for me. They are convenient to be able to travel with & grab and go. The flavor is great and I look forward to my sweet treat. I felt a nice boost of energy.

This seems like an effective delivery method for creatine, and the flavor is not bad. I would like to have gummies that are smaller, or a dosage concentration that allows a single one, instead of 3. It is certainly much more convenient than stirring powder into a drink.

The taste wasn't bad, but the texture was a bit different. I expected that chewy gummy feel, but it was almost like dry on the inside. Not terrible, but just something to get used to. Packaged great and ingredients displayed on the back. They arrived quickly too! I feel I haven't been taking them long enough to give a full review, but so far, they are tolerable and I am hopeful.

I tried these gummies for about two weeks before writing this review. I don’t know if that’s enough time to really see a difference in muscle or energy, but personally I didn’t notice my much. I will say, I liked the fact that they’re gummies. I’m not a powder person at all, so this was easier for me to stick to. The flavor is actually good at first, just the right amount of sweetness. The downside of it is that the texture after you bite into them… they get a little chalky, which threw me off a bit. Also, having to take 3 at once felt like a lot. I did notice some bloating after a while, but I’ve also been drinking a new veggie/fruit shake. So I can’t say for sure what’s causing the bloating. Overall, I prefer this over powder for sure. I’m going to keep taking them and finish the container to see if anything changes over time.

These creatine gummies surpassed my expectations. The texture can be a bit grainy, but not in a way that makes the mouth too dry or powdery. The flavor is powerful and tart which covers the texture well. They smell delicious. I do wish that the full 5 mg could be in one gummy since it isn’t my favorite texture in the world, but I can take three well enough (and not miserable while doing so). Such a creative take on creatine, and I’m excited to keep using to see benefits.

From the moment I opened the Berry Boost Creatine Gummies, I was struck by how fruity and delicious they smell, even with no sugar. They taste a bit chalky at first, but eating them after a meal offsets this. They taste better and better each day to me. The consistency is pleasing - a little chewy, but not sticky. I was skeptical that they would give me mental clarity. I am post menopausal, and definitely have brain fog sometimes. After the first two weeks, I definitely have noticed an improvement in my mental focus. This third week was especially productive for me at work! Overall, I really like them and plan to continue using them.

These gummies are a good way for someone to take their creatine on the go, or someone who doesn't like taking the powder form. It is not the most economical way, but it's better tasting. I normally take my creatine in powder, just scooping it right into my mouth then washing it down with water, but one issue is that if you're ever traveling, it can be sketchy to take a bag of powder with you. These would work well for travel! You need to take 3 gummies to get 5g of creatine which is a bit much, but the gummies have some sweetness. They aren't like gummy candy though, and if anything I'd describe them as a bit dry? Don't expect a super candy like texture, but the berry tartness is nice and I would have no problem eating 3 a day. For someone just starting to take creatine, or if you're traveling, or you don't mind spending a bit more, this is worth it! A good product for anyone wanting to get in some creatine.

I have been taking these for a couple of weeks now. The flavor is good like any other gummy. Taking these daily I do feel a bit stronger and have more energy. I will continue to take these to see how I feel daily. I'm not sure yet if they will consistently be in my daily routine. The portion and smell is fine. Easy to take daily for sure!
