The power button is on the side of the machine and the machine will go into a sleep mode when not in use for awhile. It took me a minute to put the espresso holder in the right spot the first time, but after that it went in much easier. The best part of this machine is the slim size. It fits on my countertop without taking up a lot of room. I highly recommend getting this espresso maker.

I had bought this model years ago and that first one keeps working perfectly in my home country. Having moved abroad, I recently bought the new version and I am utterly disappointed. Indeed, the cup filter, that now comes with a removable perforated filter get stuck systematically after the 1st coffee and I have to extract this perforated filter to clean it under running water all the time, which completely ruins the interest of this machine.

It also is quick to heat up and has very simple controls. The espresso tastes amazing and this machine is seriously my new love! I use it every morning.

Very simple to use and the piping hot coffee taste great. The froth steamer is fun to use and we have been making several versions of cappuccinos. Clean up is a breeze. Quality and durable construction. Very stylish and doesn’t take up a lot of counter space. Love it.

I am a person that thought home coffee would be drop brewed or nothing and the only way to get espresso and cappuccino was from a coffee shop, I can’t believe how wrong I was! This small, elegant, way to use machine turns out outstanding espresso with great flavor and bold crema and as an added bonus you get a great frothing wand for making incredible cappuccino. No more rushing out the door to get coffee, I have it right here!

So I need a super injection of caffeine in the mornings. This machine was easy to set up, directions are easy to follow for a perfect shot (or 5) of espresso. Its a must have if you enjoy morning sanity! I tried my hand at making a latte as well and it turned out amazing. 10 out of 10, go get this!!!

It took me a couple try's to get the froth right but overall I am very pleased with this product, I am my own barista now!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the Delonghi Dedica Arte for a week already and I love it. It makes a great espresso, never had any problems with it. The foam is nice and thick. In addition, it is compact and doesn't take up much space on my small counters so it's perfect for small and medium kitchens. It looks sleek and elegant and works perfectly. At first, I was surprised I couldn't fit my bigger mug underneath, however the bottom part is removable so it's good for big and small cups. I used milk frother a few times already too and it works really well. I wish it would come with the frothing cup, however, comes with a few other accessories including descaling tablets. The other downside is that I wish it would be a bit heavier and more sturdy. Each time I put coffee in I have to hold the top to not tip over the machine. So it gets my fingerprints all over the place. Minor thing but could use some improvement. Overall great compact espresso machine for everyday use.
