The espresso came out amazing and I love the crema that it produced. I like that it has two nozzles for the espresso to pour out and is a little more compact than other machines we have used. Hello , I received it as a gift , sort of second hand . I didn't get a brochure or instructions on cleaning and descaling. The water in my location is hard and has lime scale. The coffee is luke warm . Can you advise please on how to get it hotter

Absolutely love how small the footprint is on my counter and the quality of the espresso is fantastic (get good beans!). Really well made machine, and easy to use. I enjoy using it each morning as I look out my window mentally preparing for the day ahead.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had never used a Delonghi before, of any kind, but I get it now. This thing makes espressos that taste just like 'the real thing'. I say this coming from a fully automatic espresso machine, which does the trick, but isn't even in the same ballpark as this Dedica Arte as far as authenticity, for lack of a better word. The only thing I can complain about is the clean up time, but we knew that going in. If you care about the quality of your espresso, it's worth it.
