OK

Not a bad machine. One of the rubber pads on the bottom of the machine is missing, and there is no way to purchase a new one, very disappointed given the cost of the machine.

Beautiful machine

This was a replacement covering my warranty on a different machine and it's wonderful espresso maker! Thanks DeLonghi for the incredible customer service!

Returned

Defective machine sent. Must have poor quality control. .Steam wand did not work, two thumps and turned off. I returned it for a refund.
