[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned several espresso machines from inexpensive to exorbitant. I have never tried the Delonghi brand until recently but I'm now a huge fan. This little machine performs just as well as my largest most expensive espresso machine. I now exclusively use the Delonghi Dedica Arte which is well worth it as a small footprint saves me a lot of counter space. I have not experienced any problems using it however I do recommend a thorough read through of the instructions for new users. The machine cleans up quickly and easily and I recommend it to anyone who enjoys great tasting espresso at home.

Secondly, look at this sleek, shiny, modern,ergonomic hi tech design. It flawlessly matches everything in my kitchen. Ever since, I received so many compliments!!!Finally, I was so happy with it that's I had to order one for my mother and my aunt. After I taught them how to use it, they are both said it's “perfection” on the coffee market! Just do yourself a favor and don't waste your time and money - just go and buy De'Longhi Dedica! It will exceed your expectations I promise! Look no farther.

It takes some getting used to and depends on the quality of ingredients you put into it. Once you find the right product to put in this there is no reason to ever leave the house for a good shot ever again. I still havent masted the wand, but its a great feature to have I plan to master. 15 levels of pressure for the steam wand to dial it in to your liking.

The espresso came out amazing and I love the crema that it produced. I like that it has two nozzles for the espresso to pour out and is a little more compact than other machines we have used. I definitely recommend this product and even my teenager was able to use it with ease. This is a great addition to our coffee bar!

From its ease of setup, to simple use, to easy cleanup it couldn't be better. The espresso is great on its own and even better when I take the time to froth some milk and make a latte. I'm not a huge flavored coffee guy, but I am sure that getting some flavored syrups would be great with this as well. Huge thumbs up from me and my wife on this one.

This machine is making good, tasty, strong espresso I love that it stops on its own whatever you choose single or double espresso; it definitely has the espresso size so don't expect to use this as a coffee machine it is very easy to use, this time around I can actually empty the used coffee ground without losing the pod in the sink. The size of the machine is perfect for my kitchen doesn't take too much space, very streamline

It's a nice smaller size and doesn't take up much counter space. I like the fact that I can use either fresh ground coffee or pods in this machine. The directions were pretty easy to follow and it makes some great tasting cappuccino!!
