[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all the size of this machine is great. It’s half the size of my keurig! The set up was a little frustrating until I watched a video on it. Then it was so easy to use. The water tank is easy to fill and the machine is easy to clean. The filter holder takes some work and muscle but I’m hoping it will get easier. The steam wand is great to make lattes and also to get hot water for americanos. I was so surprised at how great the drinks taste. I’m so happy with this compact yet powerful machine!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned several Expresso machines. This machine is by far the best machine I have ever owned! It is easy to run. It was easy to set up and super easy to clean. I can make my own delicious cup of expresso in just a few minutes. It looks fantastic setting on my counter with it's high grade stainless design. It's not overly big so it doesn't take very much room on my counter top either. I will be using my machine every day for the next couple of years. This is a really nice high quality machine that should last for years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised how much I love this machine. The Dedica Arte is very compact, and takes little counter space. I use everyday. You can also make two espressos at once, which is pretty handy for my husband & I. But you can easily make one also. The steam wand is powerful enough to make enough foam for two cappuccinos or a large latte. The refillable water storage tank is big enough for a weeks worth of coffee & steam. I have never made an espresso, cappuccino or latte before, but the instructions that come with the machine are very easy to follow. Like anything, the more you make the better get at making the perfect cup. I’m very satisfied and impressed with this machine. I would highly recommend this product.

I bought this at an electronics store while living in Japan. This was 4 years ago. It still works great. Still worked after being shipped with all our stuff when we moved back to the US about a year ago. Makes delicious expresso and froths milk very well. I think mine might need replacement soon as the press randomly decides not to work on occasion. Nevertheless, it has lasted a lot longer than I anticipated and I will definitely buy another one from De'Longhi when replacement is needed.

This was a Christmas present that I've mostly enjoyed. It's easy to use except for the problem I'm having with descaling and the apparent lack of a water filter. After descaling I've had to rinse multiple times for the orange light to turn off, so I set out to buy a water softener filter as it is mentioned in the instructions, and there is a place to install. However, I only see DLSC002, and its specs do not state that its compatible with this model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally. I can have my drinks restaurant/fast food quality AT HOME! These turn out amazing, it took me a little bit to figure it out. Size is perfect very skinny so it doesn't take up much room on the coffee cart at home. If your a espresso lover than this is for you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used grounds in this so far, but it's great. It works well. It brews really quick. There were no grounds in the cup which is great. I love the automatic timer as well. Can't wait to use the pods in there to test that.

My daughter bought this machine for me two years ago. She has a large maestro Delonghi and thought this smaller unit would be perfect for my individual use. It worked great for six months then it died. A few months later, I decided to contact support. I spent a lot of time on the phone with two different support people, who tried all kinds of things to get it to work. Nothing worked. Finally they concluded the pump was out. This was November 2021. I sent in all the documentation etc and have yet to hear anything. I would not do business with Delonghi.

I even use it to make an cappuccino it has a built-in milk steamer frothing you can push a button to make one cup or 2 cups of espresso It comes with the coffee scoop and a coffee stamper to stamp down the coffee. Since I got this I have been making espresso for all the adults in my family and it makes the coffee taste better then any machine I ever tried you get this Dedica Arte espresso machine and you won't regret it it's such a high quality machine

The setup was easy and the directions are very helpful, as I have never used this product before. It does take a few times before you get your drink just right, again because I have not used this before. I would definitely recommend this you wont be sorry!
