Hello , I received it as a gift , sort of second hand . I didn't get a brochure or instructions on cleaning and descaling. The water in my location is hard and has lime scale. The coffee is luke warm . Can you advise please on how to get it hotter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, I had no idea what it was about, but once I got a hang of it and taken me some time to get used to it, I was hooked on it. Secondly, look at this sleek, shiny, modern, ergonomic hi tech design. It flawlessly matches everything in my kitchen. Ever since, I received so many compliments!!!Finally, I was so happy with it that’s I had to order one for my mother and my aunt. After I taught them how to use it, they are both said it’s “perfection” on the coffee market! Just do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time and money - just go and buy De'Longhi Dedica! It will exceed your expectations I promise! Look no farther.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A very high quality machine, and smaller than most espresso machines so it doesn't take up too much counter space. Works great and isn't too loud. Price is comparable to other espresso machines. Compared to the kitchenAid brand, this is more compact. Easy to use and easy to clean, after learning how to best work it after a couple of tries.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Dedica Artie is very high quality and has a sleek design. I love all the features this machine has including the milk froth or as well as auto shut off for convenience in the morning. I have a had other espresso machine in the past but this one by far is my favorite.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a huge coffee fan and have used many espresso makers throughout the years. This one is so perfect. It is compact and makes delicious espresso. It was very easy to put together. It also has a built in steamer and makes perfect foam every time for my espresso. You need to get this espresso maker if you are a coffee lover! It is the best espresso you will taste.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used a different expression maker in the past and were excited to try this one out. It was easy to set up and use. The espresso came out amazing and I love the crema that it produced. I like that it has two nozzles for the espresso to pour out and is a little more compact than other machines we have used. I definitely recommend this product and even my teenager was able to use it with ease. This is a great addition to our coffee bar!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very user friendly. No experience making my own espresso with an at home espresso machine and I had no trouble following the well written instructions and successfully making delicious drinks. I have a small kitchen with limited counter space and I love the compact, slim design of the machine. It doesn't take up much space at all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Dedica Arte is a perfect size for any countertop. It looks great with my other small appliances and does not take up too much space. I love that I can make an easy espresso martini or a latte in the morning. The Dedica Arte has only a few buttons so it is pretty simple to operate once you read the instructions. I really enjoy that there is a milk frother on the side and that it came with everything you need to make different size cups of espresso. I have been using this machine daily if not multiple times a day!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to finally use this espresso machine, but some parts about it really disappointed me… To start off, the machine was unbelievably loud whenever it performed a task, and the portafilter was extremely difficult to put into place when I was ready to make the drinks. But on the plus side, the machine’s design is very well made. It’s very slim and a nice size, so it won’t get in the way of other daily tasks. The final product of the espressos were great and high quality. In the end, I can only give it three stars because of the noise and the difficulty with the portafilter.
