It was very easy to put together. It also has a built in steamer and makes perfect foam every time for my espresso. You need to get this espresso maker if you are a coffee lover! It is the best espresso you will taste.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised how much I love this machine. The Dedica Arte is very compact, and takes little counter space. I use everyday. You can also make two espressos at once, which is pretty handy for my husband & I. But you can easily make one also. The steam wand is powerful enough to make enough foam for two cappuccinos or a large latte. The refillable water storage tank is big enough for a weeks worth of coffee & steam. I have never made an espresso, cappuccino or latte before, but the instructions that come with the machine are very easy to follow. Like anything, the more you make the better get at making the perfect cup. I’m very satisfied and impressed with this machine. I would highly recommend this product.

I have bought a fancy syrup to use too, and now I have my own cafe in my house. I have made macchiatos, cappuccinos and lattes and love it! The water reservoir in the back is really convenient so I don’t have to fill it up every single time too.

I love all the features this machine has including the milk froth or as well as auto shut off for convenience in the morning. I have a had other espresso machine in the past but this one by far is my favorite.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is a great espresso machine and the fact that it is only a few inches wide makes it perfect for keeping on the counter since it takes so little space. Took me a few tries to find the perfect selection for how I enjoy it and the only negative so far is the Portafilter is slightly stubborn when "locking in" compared to others. It could just be to make sure the seal is tight for any pressure, or perhaps it will be easier once I use it more and more. Other than that I love it and will be using this constantly.

I bought this at an electronics store while living in Japan. This was 4 years ago. It still works great. Still worked after being shipped with all our stuff when we moved back to the US about a year ago. Makes delicious expresso and froths milk very well. I think mine might need replacement soon as the press randomly decides not to work on occasion. Nevertheless, it has lasted a lot longer than I anticipated and I will definitely buy another one from De'Longhi when replacement is needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I am loving this expresso machine. It doesn't take long to make a cup. I like how I can make either a expresso or a cappuccino. It is easy to use and easy to clean. I like how you can remove the bottom tray to be able to use a bigger cup.

My daughter bought this machine for me two years ago. She has a large maestro Delonghi and thought this smaller unit would be perfect for my individual use. It worked great for six months then it died. A few months later, I decided to contact support. I spent a lot of time on the phone with two different support people, who tried all kinds of things to get it to work. Nothing worked. Finally they concluded the pump was out. This was November 2021. I sent in all the documentation etc and have yet to hear anything. I would not do business with Delonghi.

This coffee machine is not worth any money, been cleaning service since we got from store and she make of 1 oz of coffee, if someone wants it I will ship it to you or it's going to scrap.
