I’m having this espresso machine for only couple of days but I am already disappointed. I’ve had the earlier version of Dedica from 2020, and liked everything but the steam wand, cause it was tricky to produce the perfect foam for latte art. And now, when I’ve seen this Arte version, I was delighted and bought it to try. However, the machine itself feels different. The press button is not that pleasant to push, like in the older version, the portafilter holder takes a great effort to bring it to close position. Moreover, after the extraction the cup filter with the extracted espresso remains sticked to the top of the brewing unit. Almost each time which is annoying. Yes, the steam wand made a progress comparing to the 2020 version, but everything else just dropped.

I say this coming from a fully automatic espresso machine, which does the trick, but isn't even in the same ballpark as this Dedica Arte as far as authenticity, for lack of a better word. The only thing I can complain about is the clean up time, but we knew that going in. If you care about the quality of your espresso, it's worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this espresso machine bout 3 weeks ago, and I love it!! It's easy to work and makes a great cappuccino!! It's just like the popular big coffee shops and I don't have to go anywhere or pay those outlandish prices!!!

Echo some of the other reviews. Tried to set it up following the instructions and water is pouring out of the bottom by the electric cable. It seems like there is a disconnect for the water supply and the water is not arriving at the steam wand or the espresso maker itself. Dangerous.

It’s a nice smaller size and doesn’t take up much counter space. I like the fact that I can use either fresh ground coffee or pods in this machine. The directions were pretty easy to follow and it makes some great tasting cappuccino!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great espresso maker. It is easy to use and makes a great espresso! The machine has a small footprint, not taking up much counter space at all. The finish looks great and is a modern finish but fits in nicely with our kitchen. The espresso maker has clear directions and was easy to use for me (a first time espresso maker). I love that I can use ground beans or a pod, great flexibility! I would recommend this maker to anyone and I can’t wait to use it again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never used an espresso machine before and I really wish I had years ago! This thing is amazing! The Dedica Arte is a beautiful sleek design, black and stainless steel, and a mere 8 inches in width. It allows you to make one or two espresso shots at a time, or you can remove the base plate and add it directly into your own cup. Note- it does not come with the espresso cups. I loved the milk frother as well, and it even works great with nondairy milk options. Be sure to use the water testing strip to check the quality of your tap before using it. You want the best flavor to come from your espresso machine possible. Enjoy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this espresso machine and really didn’t know how to use it. I enjoy expresso but never made my own before. I watched a couple videos and started brewing. This machine is fantastic and really easy to use. I’m saving so much money now by making my own drinks instead of going to a specialty coffee shop. 100% recommend this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Dedica Arte pump espresso machine Is amazing. Easy to set up and clean. Is slim enough to fit in a small kitchen. We use it daily. It has one and two cup filters and one for your pods. The measuring scoop make it so easy to use it comes with additional accessories. You can use with one cup or 2 coffee shots for the extra boost of the day. The steam wand makes it super easy to frothing or steaming milk. The quick start guide makes it easy to set up, use and clean.
