Makes an excellent espresso however after having it for a few months now, I can't get the handle to slide into place. I've removed the parts, cleaned them off, reattached. I've cleaned the machine in case there was residue or coffee grounds, but the handle still won't slide into the holder. Disappointed. Barely had it six months and I can't use it anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The DeLonghi DEDICA espresso maker is just about everything someone could ask for in a compact household espresso machine. Coming in at about 12 in deep by 6 in wide by 12 in in height this compact machine will fit in the smallest of spaces. In fact this is one of the primary reasons we like this machine. It's not often you will find such a powerful pump type espresso maker this small. It has capabilities of making a single shot or double shot espresso in about 20 to 30 seconds including warm up time! They warm up is crazy fast and the espresso comes out with a delicious foam crema when you use a coffee especially ground and properly roasted for espresso. Another kind feature is the fact that you can remove the bottom drip tray in order to fit a normal size coffee cup under The Brew head. This makes it especially convenient for making a latte for cappuccino. Typically we use this machine about three times a day for espresso only but I must say the frothing wand works quite well. The milk is warm super quick for a compact machine and delivers a great foam when using whole milk. Overall I have to say this machine is a win and I will be making recommendations for this machine based on our wonderful experience thus far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a coffee lover, my first go at brewing an espresso at home with the Dedica Arte could not have gone better! I've had this product for approximately 1 month now and have brewed close to 15 espressos and all of them (even the first) have turned out amazing. The brewing process could not be any easier! All it takes is putting finely ground coffee into the filter cup to the proscribed line, packing it down with the included press, loading into the machine, and pressing a button. The included frothing spout is very convenient for use with whole milk, oat milk, almond milk, etc. All this comes in an attractive machine with a very small footprint that I am more than happy to leave permanently on my kitchen countertop. My current favorite kitchen appliance.

I have a bigger on in my kitchen and I use this one in my office because it fits in a smaller space. It makes a perfectly rich and balanced espresso, plus it has the steam wand to froth my milk. I am able to get a really good froth with micro bubbles. I love this machine and so do all of my guests.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy with the Dedica Arte espresso maker. First, it is shiny and nice looking as it sits on my counter. The metal is easy to clean and stays shiny. At first I had some trouble connecting the portafilter (the handle that holds the espresso grounds)-both to the machine itself and figuring out which filter to use, etc. The instructions are clear from the manual. However, the pieces simply fit tight and I was worried I was going to break something. It took a little more force than I expected to connect the filter part to the machine. Once connected the process of brewing is easy. And it disconnects pretty easily and cleans easily. Just know you need to use a little force the first time (and it seems to be connecting easier the longer I use it). The milk frother does a great job. The milk will rise significantly and does become very hot from the steam. Overall, this is a great machine. It is relatively easy to use and makes amazing espresso. I have been so happy with my at home coffee drinks made with the Dedica Arte. I feel like i can brew better espresso and cappuccino than I can purchase at a coffee shop. I highly recommend this product!

It is slim, doesn’t take up a ton of counter space, looks modern, and is SO easy to use. I like that the water reservoir comes completely out so you aren’t spilling water everywhere while trying to fill the back of the machine. That’s a huge plus for me. I also love the simplicity of the design and that it didn’t take hours to figure out. The frothing attachment is a huge bonus, because no latte is complete without frothy milk on top. The only tricky part was figuring out how to perfectly line up and secure the grounds attachment. Other than that, we can’t wait to have lattes all winter long without having to leave

I was able to make an egg nog cappuccino in no time. The instructions we quite easy to follow. It took me a minute to get the froth just right made a mess the first time because I used too much milk. After that though it was super easy. Love the look of the machine too looks great on my counter very sleek

I provide this context because this product is one that I think is great for beginners and experts alike! First, let’s talk about how perfectly compact this is while still making  amazing espresso. It does not take up a lot of counter space and provides amazing quality beverages! It’s a gorgeous machine. Absolutely stunning. I have already received compliments on how fabulous this machine looks in our kitchen! It is an incredibly durable product. We have made numerous types of drinks and it has withheld the same high quality with each performance. The instructions provided are amazing. There is a quick start guide filled with very detailed pictures as well as the standard booklet with black and white instructions. Both of these contributed to the ease of use of this machine.  This machine only takes a quick moment to heat up and it’s ready to go! It has three different filters. One for single shots, one for double shots and the third is for pods. The ability to use pods makes the product even easier to use and does not disrupt the quality one bit. It also holds a lot of water which I found very impressive.   Now let’s talk taste! Yum!!! It created such a perfectly colored and flavored espresso. Delicious. I love that the quick start guide has visuals and descriptions of what your coffee should look like coming out of the machine. It also has pictures of what it should not look like and provides directions on how to troubleshoot. I love this addition to the directions and it was incredibly helpful to learning how to use this product!  There is of course a steam spout feature for frothing which has a very brief learning curve. But give yourself about five minutes and you will be a pro! I find that the steam spout heats up very quickly as well.  I even found the cleaning process to be super easy and painless. It comes with solution to assist with the cleaning process which I appreciated. I am highly impressed with this machine! Easy to use! Easy to clean! Delicious beverages! And looks great on your counter! Whether you are a skilled pro or just learning your way around creating espresso beverages, this is everything you could ask for in an espresso machine!
