I had bought this model years ago and that first one keeps working perfectly in my home country. Having moved abroad, I recently bought the new version and I am utterly disappointed. Indeed, the cup filter, that now comes with a removable perforated filter get stuck systematically after the 1st coffee and I have to extract this perforated filter to clean it under running water all the time, which completely ruins the interest of this machine.

This machine is amazing, a super sleek/thin design, and and so beautiful!! I love having it displayed on my countertop! I also love that I can make a cappuccino with this machine as well! So, so happy with this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This espresso machine has exceeded my expectations. Being so compact, I wouldn't expect to have so much control over the espresso I make. It was easy to set up and start using. The package comes with everything you would need to start making espresso. The scoop is already set at 7g and the tamping tool fits perfectly. The steam wand was a nice bonus to the overall kit. I would recommend this product to anyone just wanting to get started making espresso.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little intimated but this machine at first since I've always just bought my cappuccinos but I have to say I'm very impressed. I was able to make an egg nog cappuccino in no time. The instructions we quite easy to follow. It took me a minute to get the froth just right made a mess the first time because I used too much milk. After that though it was super easy. Love the look of the machine too looks great on my counter very sleek

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy with this espresso maker. I am a person that thought home coffee would be drop brewed or nothing and the only way to get espresso and cappuccino was from a coffee shop, I can’t believe how wrong I was! This small, elegant, way to use machine turns out outstanding espresso with great flavor and bold crema and as an added bonus you get a great frothing wand for making incredible cappuccino. No more rushing out the door to get coffee, I have it right here!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This espresso maker is one of the best appliances I have. I love the fresh smell and taste of espresso and this makes them as good as they come. The machine was easy to learn and easy to make quick and tasty espresso.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Espressos and Lattes are like my daily go to, usually more than once a day so of course I have had my own machines (yes that’s more than one lol) for a while now. That said the De'longhi Dedica Arte Espresso Machine and it’s size profile just screamed at my inner barista to snatch it up and man I am not disappointed. Packaging and In the Box – First off on opening the box everything was well packaged and protected with the parts very easily located and ready for use. As for assembly there is not much to do as the machine comes almost ready to use out of the box. You only need to remove the protective tape and packaging, clean the reservoir, coffee baskets, and you’re pretty much ready to rock. As for the parts and pieces in the box you get: The portafilter, single, double, and pod filter baskets, a measuring scoop/presser, tamper, cleaning needle, descaler solution, and water hardness test. The addition of descaler and water hardness test BTW is a nice touch as most folks do not realize their waters hardness. Installation and Setup – As I am pretty well versed in espresso machines I can say setup was super simple and I think would be even for a novice. That said the instructions to me were very detailed but if you run into issues De’Longhi has videos that will help you along on their site. Use – First off this espresso machine is small but awesome! The foot print is perfect to place on the bar in the breakfast nook and not take up hardly any room compared to a full sized machine. For those not used to making their own espresso this machine is perfect for beginners. First off choose your basket size and measure in your coffee of choice. Tamp the coffee down in the basket and insert into the machine. Punch that button for the shot you are looking to make and prepare to be blown away at the perfect espresso in your cup. It really is that simple, if you want to get deeper into what you can do with the machine De'longhi has a great youtube page with a lot of helpful videos on getting started. So after using this espresso machine for several days now I can tell you I am impressed as always with De’Longhi, yes this is not my first De’Longhi machine and it definitely won’t be my last. The Dedica Arte is going to get a lot of use whenever we want a fast quality espresso or latte without getting into the larger machine we have. I apologize for not including pictures of one of the many espressos I have made with it now but for whatever reason they did not save but I digress. I love it and you will too!
