My husband and I bought this unit about 5 months ago and have been really happy with the cleaning results. We are having some issues with the dryer - we keep getting the d80 error code which signifies that the vent/ducting is clogged at 80%. We have had an air vent cleaning company come by 3 times to clean out our vents; this could just be an issue with our building vents, but it is a little frustrating at times since the dryer stops when it gets the error code. Thankfully even when it stops early with the error code our clothes are usually already dry. Again, this may not be an issue with the appliance itself and may be a building venting issue, but we weren't having this problem with our previous dryer. Otherwise we are very happy. The appliance is sleek, not loud, and fit nicely into our small space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the LG Washtower six weeks ago and I am loving it. It is easy to use and very intelligent. When I put one of my wrinkled sweaters in the machine's steam cycle to get the wrinkles out, the machine defaulted to 55 minutes. I knew the sweater only needed 5 minutes so I set a timer on my phone to get the sweater. When I came back the machine was already off. The Washtower actually WEIGHED MY SWEATER to determine how much time was needed and shut down the cycle after only the few minutes necessary to get the wrinkles out. The Washtower has many other intuitive features that help to take care of your clothes while getting them clean and dry very quickly. It is also a beautifully designed machine with a small footprint. My wife loves the mobile app that let's her know when wash or dry cycles have been completed. I highly recommend this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this machine! I’ve been using it for about a month. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is I can’t change the temperature on the dry settings. The user manual implies that I should be able to but I was told by customer service that the only way to adjust heat is to use the timed setting. I have a hard time believing that is true but I’m stuck with what they have told me. None the less, my clothes are dried and it never seems to be too hot o. The settings that I can’t adjust. I also love that it has a steam dry setting. I had this on my old dryer and loved it. I was thrilled that this dryer offered it too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fantastic product. I wanted to buy this product because I live in an area that get hits often by hurricanes and it made sense to me to buy something that doesn’t rely entirely on electricity to dry my laundry. It’s super quiet, and it’s smart features are just perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Space saving, sleek looking, steam clean machine! Super happy with the unit so far and I love that through the app, I can set it up to alert me when a wash/dry cycle is complete. Who knew one could be so excited about laundry!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this once we saw the features, the construction , and the overall appearance. We were not shopping for a washer and dryer. Our belief, from our experience, “LG” has magnificent quality which is stellar above all others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this product and am very happy that I did! It works well, looks great and is much quieter than my previous washer/dryer. I love how I can leave it open a crack (magnet keeps it in position) in order to let it dry out inside, to prevent and mold.

Fit my existing Landry space. It is not quite and there are lots of water remaining inside the washer after used. I drain it and open the door for hours to prevent mold. One control panel for both washer and dryer means when one broke, both needs to be replaced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old washer stopped working so I had to replace the unit. When I went to replace the washer and dryer the newer ones were larger and didn't fit my area for the units. The salesperson suggested the LG Thin unit and I am so glad he did. This unit is not only attractive but it's a perfect fit for slimmer areas. The new technology places the control panel in the middle between the washer and dryer. That's also perfect because the other stackable units have the controls too high up for me. This beautiful unit is very quiet. The cleaning results are amazing. Appreciate the fact that you can download the app and can turn the unit on with your phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this unit because my laundry closet is small and I'm handicapped. By having the controls in the middle made all the difference for me. I can now do my washing and drying very easily for touching a few buttons. I still haven't figured out how to setup the Wifi but im sure that will happen soon.
