[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this unit for about a month now and three families use it weekly. The main reason I purchased it was the lower dryer position as my wife no longer has to stand on a stool to empty it. The center control panel is also very convenient. I purchased a gas dryer and I had to have it converted to propane. It would have made it more convenient if it would come propane ready. It is becoming very hard to find someone to do the conversion plus the extra expense to have it done. So far that is my only complaint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my stackable washer/dryer! It takes up so little space in my laundry room. It is sooo quiet that the signal that the cycle has ended is easily heard and quickly responded to. I even bought one exactly like it for my daughter!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve been operating this about a month now. The Wi-Fi features seemed excessive at first. Now the notifications and ability to communicate with the machine while away are very useful and save time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely happy with this design..designed with keeping simplicilty with innovative technology, like steam wash and steam during drying. Ease of adding detergents in appropriate slots with easy access.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the LG Washtower about a month ago for two main reasons; 1) the dimensions of the Washtower [width & height] were a good fit for my laundry closet; stacked separate washer & dryer units would have presented a height issue 2) the Washtower's center control panel is very reachable unlike stacked washer & dryers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had for about a month, was impressed so far, washed away marker off bedding! But still saw minor things not washed off completely, trying to figure out if I could just do steam by itself in dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of this Washtower and it washes and drys well. The washer makes some curious grinding noises. I plan to have it serviced to be sure this is normal. The wifi feature is a bit confusing at first. You have to set the cycles on your phone for water temperature, spin, etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had ours for 6 weeks now and are amazed at the thorough cleaning and energy efficiency for both the washer and dryer. So many options, depending on the type of fabrics and type of washing they need. Everything comes out so clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had LG washer/dryer appliances for over five years. Bought this one to get the larger washer tub (house we moved to had another brand with a smaller tub). Only done one load but worked fine, just as expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a kitchen full of LG appliances. They are either difficult or impossible to connect to wi-fi. This washer/dryer combo is no different. Have been trying to get it connected to wi-fi. Still cannot do so.
