I bought this 2 weeks ago and I am thrilled with the set. The tower will allow me to have room enough to put in a utility sink next to them which will make my life so much simpler. I have already used them 8 times and they are large enough for our full loads. I am only 5 ft. 1 so the controls are at a perfect level and it is easy to load and unload both the washer and drier. The installation was flawless and in about 15 minutes I was ready to start a load. I am very excited about this purchase and would highly recommend this unit.

The best feature that I like most is to have all control buttons in the middle of two unit, which is very convenient. Also, the design is very modern and simple. So far, the operation has been very reliable too.

I bought the set more than 2 years ago and. Hold my be happier. I especially love the steam feature which works like wonder when I use at home dry clean kits. The staked units also save a lot of space. It is gentle on my gas bill, too. I hardly notice any difference in the bill when I do laundry three times a day.

Not only has it provided more options for cleaning and drying our clothes, we now have space to add a utility tub, storage space and wall space for hanging clothes from the dryer. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After years of washing at laundromats, where clothes got clean, now with this Washtower they get clean to a new, much higher level; yes it’s noticeable. When in operation, it is so comparatively quiet, that I can take a nap within 10 feet. Plus the ending chime is a very nice bonus feature. Serves its purpose and gets the job done in the nicest, most pleasant way possible. A bit of a learning curb (took a while to find Tub Clean under Bedding), but nothing major. Very happy and grateful I pulled-the-trigger on this well-designed and built LG machine.

The center front controls are amazing, with all settings so easy to see and use. The capacity of the washer and dryer is excellent.

They said that I didn't need it and now I'm simply out of luck! If you buy this machine, make sure that your lazy installers complete the installation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 2 months ago. There was a small issue but the tech came and fixed it within a week. The washtower is sleek and modern. Very user friendly. My only setback is that I cannot download extra settings because it does not support 5g. I also cannot turn off the turbo wash. The machines themselves are spacious and work wonderful.

This is a beautiful, solidly designed machine. It is much quieter than my previous all-in-one, and I love that the controls are all at the center of the unit(s). For all the intelligent design, however, I cannot fathom why the water temp, especially is so non-adjustable. "Normal" wash cycle will not let you set it for cold water. Why not? Many people and many detergents, have switched to using cold water routinely, to save money and energy use. I have to pretend I'm washing "Bedding" to be able to use cold water. Same problem with "Normal" drying. ONLY high heat is allowed there. I have not used high heat in 20 years. So, again, "Bedding" is my setting. This seems really dumb.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I notice that we are limited to what LG thinks are the settings we need to use. I would rather select what I want. Exp normal load is only high heat. Have only had the tower for 1 month but so far not impressed. ⁰
