No more soap residue dried into my towels and linens. My clothes are actually cleaner!!! It’s a beautiful unit that matches my black stainless LG appliances in my kitchen that the laundry room is adjacent. The features are fabulous.

It cleans all kinds of loads beautifully and no complaints from him about noise! We liked it so much that we have bought another set for a small little second home we have to escape winters. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the LG Washtower six weeks ago and I am loving it. It is easy to use and very intelligent. When I put one of my wrinkled sweaters in the machine's steam cycle to get the wrinkles out, the machine defaulted to 55 minutes. I knew the sweater only needed 5 minutes so I set a timer on my phone to get the sweater. When I came back the machine was already off. The Washtower actually WEIGHED MY SWEATER to determine how much time was needed and shut down the cycle after only the few minutes necessary to get the wrinkles out. The Washtower has many other intuitive features that help to take care of your clothes while getting them clean and dry very quickly. It is also a beautifully designed machine with a small footprint. My wife loves the mobile app that let's her know when wash or dry cycles have been completed. I highly recommend this machine.

I purchased an LG washer/dryer on the 4 January 2023. The appliance was delivered and installed in my place on the same day by the seller. I reviewed the user manual of the washer/dryer before starting to use it to familiarize my self with its features. And have been using it since then. The LG washer/dryer performed very well in comparison to my old washer/dryer. The new appliance has very nice features including the ability to connect to the WI-FI and remotely communicate with it to perform certain actions. So far, I am pleased with it and satisfied with the purchase. Once I have further development I will update this review.

The tower was placed in my bedroom closet and it fit perfectly upon converting half of the closet for the tower. I love all of the features especially the steam cleaning and sanitizing functions. The app makes doing laundry easier than ever.

I spent many hours researching washers and dryers, stackable and side by sides. We ultimately decided on this unit because of its compact size, but still large drums to wash our comforters, etc. The control panel is in the center, so I don't have to reach high to set the controls. I love the song it plays when loads are complete too. We are very happy with our new LG machine and hope it continues to exceed our expectations over the years.

The unit is wifi enabled and you can use the app to customize loads and it also alerts me to when my wash and dry are finished. I love that the dryer remembers the last wash cycle to help select the dryer setting you need. It’s quieter than my last unit and definitely an energy saver too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best washer/dryer combo I've ever owned. Unlike separate units that are stacked, this is a single unit with shared control logic. The dryer knows what you just washed so it adjusts automatically to dry the load. And it uses so little detergent and water but gets everything really clean. So it's good for the environment and for your energy budget.

I have had my LG Washtower for 3 weeks and I am in love. I researched all the options when I needed to replace my much loved LG stackables that were 16 years old. I could not find any reason not to buy the Washtower as every review I read or watched raved about it. I was worried about the all in one unit as opposed to 2 separate stackable units in case one were to break and an appliance retailer posted that even though they may look the same later on the stackable option with the mounting plates is almost never compatible. Given that my old LGs had lasted 16 years I was pretty confident that the Washtower would be for us. And wow, it is AMAZING. A little smaller in stature making it easier to load and unload the dryer. All the bells and whistles, and it is intuitive. I really love that the dryer recognizes which wash cycle was used and then just runs the appropriate dryer cycle. The app is super helpful as well with notifications on when the loads have finished, laundry tips and a countdown and reminder to run the cleaning feature on the washer every 30 loads. And best of all this baby is just darn sexy! Everybody comments on how pretty it is and I have to agree.

I bought these about a month ago. I had trouble at first, the washing machine on the spin cycle was vibrating so violently it was moving the machine out of its original spot. I thought it had a defect or something in the drum and wasn't set correctly...come to find out there are shipping bolts in the back of the machine. Remove those! Works brilliantly now, super quiet especially if you have a laundry room with a door. If not, they are still pretty dang quiet. Dryer is quieter than the washer in my opinion, but both are super quick and gets laundry done faster than any past machines I've had. Super cool features as well like when you use too much detergent it'll run a cycle that gets rid of all the extra suds that can hurt your machine.
