[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first was skeptical on the performance of this washer and dryer but I was proven wrong. Best washer I have ever had very simple to use and works like magic. The innovative technology it carries is also very convenient for the home. This washer needs to be in every home.

I have had my LG Washtower for 3 weeks and I am in love. I researched all the options when I needed to replace my much loved LG stackables that were 16 years old. I could not find any reason not to buy the Washtower as every review I read or watched raved about it. I was worried about the all in one unit as opposed to 2 separate stackable units in case one were to break and an appliance retailer posted that even though they may look the same later on the stackable option with the mounting plates is almost never compatible. Given that my old LGs had lasted 16 years I was pretty confident that the Washtower would be for us. And wow, it is AMAZING. A little smaller in stature making it easier to load and unload the dryer. All the bells and whistles, and it is intuitive. I really love that the dryer recognizes which wash cycle was used and then just runs the appropriate dryer cycle. The app is super helpful as well with notifications on when the loads have finished, laundry tips and a countdown and reminder to run the cleaning feature on the washer every 30 loads. And best of all this baby is just darn sexy! Everybody comments on how pretty it is and I have to agree.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got the wash tower in December 2021. Firstly, it is about double the capacity of my old LG units. I can actually wash my bed linens, blanket and duvet cover in one wash cycle! Secondly, the unit stays put. And Third, it is good looking. Hint: the dryer automatically goes on to a energy saving mode. But clothes are not always dry. If you press the word "Dry Time" until it goes up to 60, the eco modes goes off and you will have dry clothes. Excellent product!

We have had our Washtower installed for a little over a month. We decided to switch to this unit as our laundry area is pretty small & this fits perfectly. We are very pleased with the performance, I actually like the fact that the cycles are shorter than my previous washer & dryer, while still doing a good job of cleaning. We installed ourselves and it went quite easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our machine for about a month now. I would have given it a five star rating, but not being able to change the default washer settings is a bit or a nuisance. Most of our loads run in cold water. We also own an antique home, so a lot or our loads cannot use the full spin cycle do to our floors. I love the turbo wash, have not tried the steam setting yet and the height is great. Also having the integrated control panel at mid height is much better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 2 months ago. There was a small issue but the tech came and fixed it within a week. The washtower is sleek and modern. Very user friendly. My only setback is that I cannot download extra settings because it does not support 5g. I also cannot turn off the turbo wash. The machines themselves are spacious and work wonderful.

This is a beautiful, solidly designed machine. It is much quieter than my previous all-in-one, and I love that the controls are all at the center of the unit(s). For all the intelligent design, however, I cannot fathom why the water temp, especially is so non-adjustable. "Normal" wash cycle will not let you set it for cold water. Why not? Many people and many detergents, have switched to using cold water routinely, to save money and energy use. I have to pretend I'm washing "Bedding" to be able to use cold water. Same problem with "Normal" drying. ONLY high heat is allowed there. I have not used high heat in 20 years. So, again, "Bedding" is my setting. This seems really dumb.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm finally at the point where I'm outfitting my shipping container tiny home. I wanted to buy a machine that was water and energy efficient because I run off of rainwater and limited electrical supply. I wanted full size but wanted some way of saving space.I had been using a top loader stacked laundry center. It used up my water supply quickly. After researching front loaders I had read that front loaders don't clean the clothes as well, they're noisy, but they were water efficient. I was afraid there would be a lot of vibrations from the super fast spinning cycle I had read about. I had some doubts. Since buying the LG wash Tower I am extremely happy with the outcome. I use far less water, and the clothes come out extremely clean I really like all the features that it comes with and the machine is half as noisy as my old laundry center. I bought the gas version and converted it to propane. It all works perfectly . Very very happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the tower about a month ago. So far I enjoy it. The tub is larger than my previous LG washer and dryer. The controls in the middle are in a good position. The only update I would want is to be able to adjust the controls for the pre-programmed cycles (temperature, so in, etc)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a homeowner for about 18 years now and have gone through our fair share of washers and dryers. As a mom to a pre-teen girl who plays sports and a contractor husband, we constantly have laundry. We don’t just have laundry either. We have stained, muddy, greasy, and stinky laundry. THIS IS HANDS-DOWN THE BEST WASHER AND DRYER I HAVE EVER OWNED. We do roughly 10-12 loads a week and I have not been disappointed yet. I was a bit leery about purchasing LG, but after a house fire, we needed all new appliances including washer and dryers. We did our research and just kept coming back to this unit for size, price, look, and features. Upon installing it, I realized we’ve been missing out in life. The front load cleans like a charm and does not have that old stinky musty smell like other front loaders. I see that the rubber piece around the door actually has built in holes and I think the washer actually washes it in the cycle. The LED light is a huge plus for me too because we placed this as a built in to a small closet under our stairs, but in our bedroom so I can do a load while the husband is asleep and I don’t have to turn the closet or room lights on. I’m obsessed! All this talk about the washer and I haven’t even mentioned the dryer. I have never had a dryer that has dried my clothing or kept my clothing smelling this good. We’ve had all the big brands before and honestly, this one really works! The wrinkle function is keys to keeping my husbands tshirt collection looking awesome. Bravo LG! We purchased 2 units. One for our bedroom and one for our up stairs closet for our daughter to do her own laundry. Waiting for the husband to install that one, but for now, we’ve been using this for roughly 10 weeks and have been super happy!
