[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine about a month ago and it is great. It is elegant looking so looks nice as people walk by, which is important to me since it isn't hidden in a closet or its own laundry room. The machine itself is quiet and works well. The only reason this doesn't get 5 starts is because there is a tiny knocking sound during the spin cycle. At first I thought there was someone at my door. I thought it was a problem with my particular machine until I spoke to others with the same unit and expressed the same thing. I also have had trouble connecting the units to wifi so I can download a program, but I have not had a chance to call customer service to resolve the issue. I am sure once it is up and running it will be great. Just wish it was more turnkey.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We did a major remodel in our kitchen & laundry area. We had a side/side washer/gas dryer. We now have the LG Wash Tower. It takes up half the amount of space. The washer is on the bottom & dryer is on the top. They are both full size tubs. The controls are in the middle. VERY HANDY location. With my old machine I would have to do an extre rinse on our dark colors. It looked like maybe the wash cycles didn’t have enough water to get all the soap off the clothes. I DO NOT have that problem any more. I have NO REGRETS about getting this wash tower. Now I have room for a storage cabinet. Happy Customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought unit 2months ago and have had it serviced (unsuccessfully). The dryer trips the arc fault circuit breaker so I had to replace with old style breaker (not legal). It will not connect to the app so most useful functions are not available (air fluff and timed dry (without sensor)). Would be much easier to see display and control by wifi device as one could hold display at proper height and angle for viewing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am overall very happy with my LG Washtower purchase. Love the capacity and features. I had no issue with Washtower wifi setup. I like that you can send wash and dryer setting from IPhone to Washtower. The only thing I am happy is when you setup remote start that command isn't save once you power off the machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our LG Wash Tower for about 2 weeks and love it! Both the washer and dryer accommodate large loads with no noise or vibration. The electronic controls were a little intimidating at first, but after just a few uses we found them to be pretty intuitive. This is an attractive and well-optioned unit.

I could not say more about this because only one month pass but its very uniq ans Wi-Fi work also big loading than my old one. I also had LG before. You can save lots of space too but only one thing is too heavy if you have to move other place

It leaked! You expect people to get on the floor to drain the wash tub? The hose is too short and you need to be on your hands and knees to do this? This is the best you can do? What engineers dreamed that up? Pregnant women, older adults, disabled are expected to get a low pan, get on the floor, drain it with a short hose? What were you thinking? I’m so irritated, I sent it back.

I've never had a stacked unit before. I enjoy all of the features both physically on the control panel and on the app. My biggest complaint is having to lift all of the wet clothes up into the dryer. I think I'd rather lower the wet clothes into the dryer.

I would have given it a five star rating, but not being able to change the default washer settings is a bit or a nuisance. Most of our loads run in cold water. We also own an antique home, so a lot or our loads cannot use the full spin cycle do to our floors. I love the turbo wash, have not tried the steam setting yet and the height is great. Also having the integrated control panel at mid height is much better.
