This is the exact unit I wanted but really couldn't afford it so I was going to buy a lesser cheaper unit. It's so easy to use so quiet you don't even know it's running. It gets my clothes super clean and smelling fresh. And it was so easy to install in the directions are easy to understand! I love it I love it!

But, more importantly, it is SO versatile: greater choices for all operations: water temps, load size, blah blah AND dryer options. It is quiet and definitely a higher quality than any other brand I've owned. I am so happy to have resisted other 'stackable' - I'd give is 10 stars, if I could!!!

It cleans all kinds of loads beautifully and no complaints from him about noise! We liked it so much that we have bought another set for a small little second home we have to escape winters. Only took 6 months to get an undamaged unit no fault of LG. Mike took the time to make sure everything in working order and have now been using the unit for two weeks with no issues.

I have not activated the app because I read lots of negatives about it. One problem I have is with a heavy load - the spin cycle goes into off-balance and I can't reset the function. I've had to remove a sopping wet rug and air dry for days. Otherwise, I like the appliance. It is quiet, easy to use, and has a nice appearance.

With it be a stack unit - so much less space - the controls in the middle are a total win. Unit is so much quieter than our previous W/D units. The spin on the washer is great. You have to love the jingle when they are finished - so much more pleasant than the rude lout buzz.

I like that you can send wash and dryer setting from IPhone to Washtower. The only thing I am happy is when you setup remote start that command isn't save once you power off the machine.

My biggest concern was that it would shake all lover but it barely moves even when the washer is in a spin cycle.Very quiet when running. This unit looks so nice I wanted to put in the living room but my wife said no, the laundry room is better we all know who won!

Its intelligent and customizable settings allows unique options for all of your laundry needs. This unit has surpassed out expectations and its centralized control's makes it a smarter choice. Having other washers snd dryers over the years holds no comparison to our LG Washtower. Its truly an awesome innovation in the industry. I recommend that you give this unit your attention FIRST before looking at any other! After owning one for the past few months, I can't say enough about it except you don't onow what your missing until you get one of these!!

We have had the wash tower for about a month. it seemed to boast a lot of features but doesn't come through. our prior .May tag had more options including seemingly more sensors. I find the "Normal" cycle for the dryer blows cold air and have resorted to using timed dry. Can't gauge how the washer is doing though reeked of a metallic smell for quite a while. I'd say love the dimensions just not the most user friendly or efficient appliance.
