I have this machine few weeks..I love it..it's very quiet..

The wash tower is noisier than I expected it to be.

Warranty doesn't cover and extended warranty at the time of purchase was ludicrously expensive. Beware if you buy this product, get the extended warranty because it will break. Cheap quality, go with a different brand

My very first laundry at my very first condo. Maximized the laundry size with small space. We are very happy about and size. Style and features. Very smart too. For dryer it figure out how long it will run dryer machine and stop. After the delivery, next day we did laundry all day. Still need to learn how to use it but we are going to keep it forever.

This replaced a washer/dryer with intuitive control knobs, so it took some time and experimentation to do what I wanted. The touch sensitive controls are not as intuitive. For example, I found myself pressing the top and bottom ends of the high/low range settings before I eventually realized it was a simple switch that cycled through all of the settings. It also took me awhile to understand that by clicking on the Timed Dry control when it was not lit, caused it to light up and the Temp Dry setting stopped being lit up. It would probably be better if all of the feature settings were at least dimly lit, half way lit when not chosen, and brightly lit when chosen. Those that are not lit cannot be read at all on the black control panel. One thing I was able to do on the old knob controls was to be able to change certain things after starting the wash or dry. For instance, when I start the wash and realize that the temp is not where I wanted to set it, or I wanted to add more time to the time setting, or change the dryness level. I do like the quiet operation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My short wife had problems reaching the controls of our old stacked unit. This one isn't a problem and she can reach the things at the bottom of the dryer. It's a large capacity unit in a small space and because it came already stacked it was easy to install. It comes stacked so it was easy to install. I like that the dryer knows what was just washed and sets the dryer accordingly.

This unit allowed us to tuck the washer and dryer into a corner and make the space beautiful. We are having a cabinet built to surround it. Now the space look terrific and by the way it does a wonderful job on doing laundry too! Here are before and after pics

Am very impressed with the quality of the LG Washtower. I bought it after seeing adds on TV. Never "saw" the product in person but was so wanting a combined washtower like this I bought it sight unseen. I love the smart features, that it knows by the type of wash that it automatically selects the matching dry cycle. Like the wifi with notifications of when the cycle is done. The tempered glass is beautiful. Very happy with product!
