[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a nice machine overall but it doesn't seem to clean as well as my previous front loader and the softener doesn't dispense ever unless I add water to it then it's still hit or miss if it dispenses, also can't connect it to my wifi which was part of the reason I purchased, only works on older 2.4ghz wifi not the newer 5, had I known that I may have went with a different brand seeing the smart features are useless to me

LG is superior to all other brands I have ever used! Easy to navigate-great results! Only regret- not starting with LG earlier!

It is elegant looking so looks nice as people walk by, which is important to me since it isn't hidden in a closet or its own laundry room. The machine itself is quiet and works well. The only reason this doesn't get 5 starts is because there is a tiny knocking sound during the spin cycle. At first I thought there was someone at my door. I thought it was a problem with my particular machine until I spoke to others with the same unit and expressed the same thing. I also have had trouble connecting the units to wifi so I can download a program, but I have not had a chance to call customer service to resolve the issue. I am sure once it is up and running it will be great. Just wish it was more turnkey.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased a washer tower and I love it! My clothes come out cleaner thank the last washer I had. Sometimes my clothes would come out partially wet and partially dry. Not with this one though! My clothes are completely washed and they smell great too! I also noticed the time is half the time for most of my loads. Of course it depends on what cycle you choose. I love how it doesn’t take up much floor space. It is however on the heavy side. I do wish that the Wi-Fi capability did more. But I am appreciate if that at least it notifies you on my mobile device when the cycle is done.

Doing laundry isn't the trying task that I dreaded doing. Now, at risk of sounding like I've lost it, doing my laundry almost brings a smile.

It’s clean, modern lines appealed to us since our laundry area is “on display” in our kitchen. It’s beautiful to look at! Looks aside, I love that the controls are sandwiched in the center, making far easier to operate than our former stackable set. Also, the dryer sits at at more reasonable height, making it easier to load or empty (versus reaching up high). The washer is illuminated, which I also find helpful. The cycles are great, as long as you download the ThinQ app. You can find numerous options in the app for washing/drying all types of laundry. I have owned this unit for about a month now & I’m very pleased! Now I just need LG to make a French door refrigerator that looks equally awesome!
