We have had our Washtower installed for a little over a month. We decided to switch to this unit as our laundry area is pretty small & this fits perfectly. We are very pleased with the performance, I actually like the fact that the cycles are shorter than my previous washer & dryer, while still doing a good job of cleaning. We installed ourselves and it went quite easily.

I originally saw this in the store and then purchased on line. I do not recommend buying on line. I had an issue with the door to dryer opening wrong way which is available, but now they say they (Home Depot) can't do it. Now I have to call LG. Big hassle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t wait for laundry day my LG laundry Tower is fun and my clothes come out so clean. My favorite feature is the ‘ Bedding ‘ cycle for pillows and the dog beds ! The entire large dog bed gets washed by a water spray technology that wets the entire bed rather than just sloshing the outside around in water like my previous washing machines. Same with bed pillows. They really are washable with this machine ! I often use the steam feature for softening fabric and sanitizing. Whites are as white as day I bought them. Just love it

It leaked! You expect people to get on the floor to drain the wash tub? The hose is too short and you need to be on your hands and knees to do this? This is the best you can do? What engineers dreamed that up? Pregnant women, older adults, disabled are expected to get a low pan, get on the floor, drain it with a short hose? What were you thinking? I’m so irritated, I sent it back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were a little worried about the touch controls and if we would have trouble figuring it out. We are older but LG made it very easy to understand. After the first wash and dry we were experts on using and understanding the controls. We also like how fast a normal wash takes compared to our old (Bosch). After 2 weeks we really like the LG Washtower. Thanks for a great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to admit, our main reason for this purchase was its appearance. It’s clean, modern lines appealed to us since our laundry area is “on display” in our kitchen. It’s beautiful to look at! Looks aside, I love that the controls are sandwiched in the center, making far easier to operate than our former stackable set. Also, the dryer sits at at more reasonable height, making it easier to load or empty (versus reaching up high). The washer is illuminated, which I also find helpful. The cycles are great, as long as you download the ThinQ app. You can find numerous options in the app for washing/drying all types of laundry. I have owned this unit for about a month now & I’m very pleased! Now I just need LG to make a French door refrigerator that looks equally awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is amazing! Just stepped up and pressed some buttons, machine runs itself. Connects to internet in seconds, Amazing how much space it saves and yet washes and dries big loads faster than my older machines. Bonus is that it's beautiful to look at. Very happy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG washtower is a full size unit expertly designed to fit in small spaces. Its intelligent and customizable settings allows unique options for all of your laundry needs. This unit has surpassed out expectations and its centralized control's makes it a smarter choice. Having other washers snd dryers over the years holds no comparison to our LG Washtower. Its truly an awesome innovation in the industry. I recommend that you give this unit your attention FIRST before looking at any other! After owning one for the past few months, I can't say enough about it except you don't onow what your missing until you get one of these!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had the washtower installed in our very cramped laundry room 2 weeks ago. Not only has it provided more options for cleaning and drying our clothes, we now have space to add a utility tub, storage space and wall space for hanging clothes from the dryer. My life has changed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this WashTower over the summer and finally had it delivered to our new home about a month ago. We love this product, as it saves space having the washer and dryer all in one unit. Both the washer and dryer have easy to use controls, are quiet, and efficient. There are a variety of options that meet our needs.
