[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent stacked washer and dryer. Bought the gas dryer, first gas dryer purchase, and cut drying time in half at least. Installed unit myself, which was pretty easy except for the weight. The unit is a "stacked" unit, not separate pieces which I understood when I purchased it. There is a considerable amount of weight to move around, but we managed. The turbo wash feature, which wasn't available on our 10 year old unit is great. Clothing is washed really well, and with the drum light you can see it all happening.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I switched from the stand-alone washer and dryer to the tower, I thought I'd have to compromise on the size of the load I can wash at a time, but I really don't. The unit is much roomier inside than I expected and can hold a good size load. I've been holding off on remodeling my laundry room until I could find a tower that would meet my needs and have the controls in a place where I can easily reach them without needed a stepping stool (and I'm 5'9") and this is it. It does a great job on the small loads without wasting time or energy by adjusting the runtime based on the size of the load and other settings, it does not wobble when it's running even with a bigger load in the dryer and the close come out wrinkle-free (as long as I fold them right away I'm don't have to stem). I also love the WiFi feature and love that I can get notifications when my load is done since I cannot hear the chime from upstairs or the garage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this LG washer/dryer after living 4 years with a very noisy washing machine. This machine is very quiet, including a pleasant, short tune that plays to indicate the washing or drying cycle has ended. The capacity is remarkable. Minimal soap is needed to clean a load. The dryer is efficient and effective in drying clothes to the desired degree. I was confused initially as there is no means to manually end a cycle. I am accustomed to being able to turn off a dryer when a load has been sufficiently dried. I discovered the machine will automatically cycle off in the "Pause" mode after several minutes. Being of short stature, I especially appreciate having the controls for both washer and dryer situated in the middle, between the two stacked machines. Overall, we are very happy.

I originally saw this in the store and then purchased on line. I do not recommend buying on line. I had an issue with the door to dryer opening wrong way which is available, but now they say they (Home Depot) can't do it. Now I have to call LG. Big hassle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've waited to right this review because I wanted to see how well it handled everything that life can throw at it. In a word, perfectly. Baby clothes, heavy bedding, my hubby's work clothes, my delicate quilts and hand crocheted bed canopy were all handled perfectly. Everything is clean and fresh. I heartily recommend the LG Wash Tower.

This is a beautiful, solidly designed machine. It is much quieter than my previous all-in-one, and I love that the controls are all at the center of the unit(s). For all the intelligent design, however, I cannot fathom why the water temp, especially is so non-adjustable. "Normal" wash cycle will not let you set it for cold water. Why not? Many people and many detergents, have switched to using cold water routinely, to save money and energy use. I have to pretend I'm washing "Bedding" to be able to use cold water. Same problem with "Normal" drying. ONLY high heat is allowed there. I have not used high heat in 20 years. So, again, "Bedding" is my setting. This seems really dumb.

We bought our LG wash tower when we started our remodel in the fall of 2022 and just got it installed in May of 2023, so we have been waiting a while to put it through it's paces. We like it a lot and it washes and dries as well as we had imagined it would. Looks great, performs great. We will see how it does in the long run and how LG responds if there are any problems. Would recommend this product at this point.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this unit for about a month now and three families use it weekly. The main reason I purchased it was the lower dryer position as my wife no longer has to stand on a stool to empty it. The center control panel is also very convenient. I purchased a gas dryer and I had to have it converted to propane. It would have made it more convenient if it would come propane ready. It is becoming very hard to find someone to do the conversion plus the extra expense to have it done. So far that is my only complaint.

The center front controls are amazing, with all settings so easy to see and use. The capacity of the washer and dryer is excellent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought unit 2months ago and have had it serviced (unsuccessfully). The dryer trips the arc fault circuit breaker so I had to replace with old style breaker (not legal). It will not connect to the app so most useful functions are not available (air fluff and timed dry (without sensor)). Would be much easier to see display and control by wifi device as one could hold display at proper height and angle for viewing.
