[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed space. This appliance has done that. But, more importantly, it is SO versatile: greater choices for all operations: water temps, load size, blah blah AND dryer options. It is quiet and definitely a higher quality than any other brand I've owned. I am so happy to have resisted other 'stackable' - I'd give is 10 stars, if I could!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect combination of size and power plus it's super smart. The design is slim and modern and its very quiet and makes decisions based on the load and you can also track things on the app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy I chose the washtower! My clothes smell so good after washing and there are so many cycles to choose from to keep my clothes in great condition. I have a small laundry room and it saves so much space! I am still learning to use the app. I wish it was a little more user friendly but I am figuring it out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are about 2 weeks into owning a WKGX201HWA laundry center. So far, we are very happy with how it is working. It does everything that it should. It's our hope that this product will last us 10 years, so 2 weeks in, it's looking good. After having it installed professionally, we had to make one adjustment. The spin cycle caused the unit to vibrate. There was a point of contact between the top of the unit and a cabinet. I took one of the rubber gaskets from the old supply hose and placed it between the unit and the cabinet--no more noise. The features that I appreciate are the simplicity in starting a wash. For a regular load, I can add the laundry, add the detergent, set the type of load it is--normal is my norm. If that's all I'm doing, the washer is supposed to detect the size, makeup, and soil level and adjust the parameters of the wash to accommodate it. I don't know, it seems to come out clean. When the wash is done, the washer and dryer share information. The dryer has settings ready to fit the wash. That works for me. I haven't had a chance to try all of the features, yet. I like the steam wash option. We have a sauna. With the sauna, we have towels that collect sweat. They usually sit in a hamper by the sauna for a few weeks. The steam wash seems like a good way to ensure that any bacteria and odors that might accumulate in the towels are eliminated--seemed to work the first time. I'm looking forward to drying something with the steam option. It's my hope that it will be easy to iron after a steam dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of this Washtower and it washes and drys well. The washer makes some curious grinding noises. I plan to have it serviced to be sure this is normal. The wifi feature is a bit confusing at first. You have to set the cycles on your phone for water temperature, spin, etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After doing some research, I chose the LG tower to replace a 25 yr old Frigidaire frontload stack. The LG has the features I want, fits in the same space with no alterations needed, and is a top-rated brand for reliability. Also, it's gorgeous! Favorite features: • easy to reach controls (in middle as opposed to top of stack) • drum lights • prewash, extra rinse & steam functions Only minor complaint- the dryer door gasket picks up a bit of lint each load, but it wipes off easily with a damp cloth.

I live in a small condo that had a stackable washer and dryer but it was the older white one piece unit. It worked just fine but you could only wash two or three towels at a time and there was no way that the washer could hold blankets let alone a comforter. My neighbor had a different brand stackable set so I thought I would try the new LG Slim Q brand. What a difference. The product is quieter than my old machine; it uses less water and detergent as opposed to my old unit. On top of that, the inside of the washer is humongous; I'm still wondering how that created full sized capacity for small spaces. All of my neighbors have stopped by to see my new equipment so maybe they will purchase the Slim Q too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had LG washer/dryer appliances for over five years. Bought this one to get the larger washer tub (house we moved to had another brand with a smaller tub). Only done one load but worked fine, just as expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this in February when my husband wanted to add a utility tub to our laundry room so we had to go with stackable machines to do it. Works well and is quieter than our top loader also less tendency to get unbalanced and stop. I like the fact the dryer knows what cycle the wash was done at so is preprogrammed for the drying cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent stacked washer and dryer. Bought the gas dryer, first gas dryer purchase, and cut drying time in half at least. Installed unit myself, which was pretty easy except for the weight. The unit is a "stacked" unit, not separate pieces which I understood when I purchased it. There is a considerable amount of weight to move around, but we managed. The turbo wash feature, which wasn't available on our 10 year old unit is great. Clothing is washed really well, and with the drum light you can see it all happening.
