[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this unit for about a month now and three families use it weekly. The main reason I purchased it was the lower dryer position as my wife no longer has to stand on a stool to empty it. The center control panel is also very convenient. I purchased a gas dryer and I had to have it converted to propane. It would have made it more convenient if it would come propane ready. It is becoming very hard to find someone to do the conversion plus the extra expense to have it done. So far that is my only complaint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We're downsizing and needed a squeeze a sink, a small freezer, and a wine cooler in our 8' laundry room in addition to a washer and dryer. This was the only stacked unit we could find that had integrated controls at waist level. Very convenient. It's wonderfully quiet and does the job well. The cooler and freezer are now under my folding table. Our plan worked!

I replaced a 12 year old stacked Frigidaire unit with this wash tower and have no regrets. I chose this unit because it had the shortest depth and largest capacity for my small closet alcove. But the feature that really sold me was the fact I could now comfortably reach all the controls without getting on tip toes! I also didn’t think I would care much about the smart features but I like getting reminders on my watch when a load is done. I’ve owned 3 front load stacked units and I always feel like I’m making a compromise because I need to have space saving features at the expense of smaller capacity and the very likely a chance of getting the musty smell problem typical of many front load washers. This LG wash tower doesn’t make me feel like I’ve compromised. I’ve had the unit for 15 months and it works great and I don’t have any musty smells. As long as you let the wash tub air out after a load and periodically remove the dispenser to dry it out, this unit (and most later model front loads) should serve you well. I have a stacked Maytag unit in my back guest house that is about 4 years old and even though it has a slightly larger capacity, I think it takes longer to complete a load compared to this LG. Overall, I’m very happy with the LG unit and if it can go at least 2-3 years without me calling a repair genie, I am likely to purchase again. My old Frigidaire stacked unit always had to be repaired so I hope this LG can stand up over time. For a house we will be remodeling soon, I was originally designing for a laundry room to fit a traditional side by side set. But after having this LG wash tower, now I’m hoping to install two of these tower units side by side instead so we can double the laundry capacity in the new house. It's a great combo does a great job works well the only down part is the actual manufacture craftsmanship as they rust and in some case cause problems with access to utilities of the washer but I will not blame that on the machine as it continues to work I will just blame it on LG for their lack of foresight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The L G Wash Tower holds nearly twice the wash as any other stackable washer and dryer that could fit the the small area we had available. The washer dryer provides many operating options including a wrinkle removing spray, plays music, and can easily be operated by a cell phone. And it does a great job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve now had the washtower for a week and it’s gotten plenty of use. It looks sleek and works well. Having the controls in the middle is great for accessibility. My only three complaints (so far) are: 1. The dry detect function has left bedding damp in the middle. Just need to untangle it and run a little longer. 2. The glass is tinted and I can’t really see inside during the wash. It would be great to be able to hit a button to turn the light on during a wash. 3. I wish there was a soak function.

I purchased an LG washer/dryer on the 4 January 2023. The appliance was delivered and installed in my place on the same day by the seller. I reviewed the user manual of the washer/dryer before starting to use it to familiarize my self with its features. And have been using it since then. The LG washer/dryer performed very well in comparison to my old washer/dryer. The new appliance has very nice features including the ability to connect to the WI-FI and remotely communicate with it to perform certain actions. So far, I am pleased with it and satisfied with the purchase. Once I have further development I will update this review.

Located in our garage, it has a much smaller footprint that side by sides, takes less time for each function and easy to load/unload. The delivery people were awesome, did not rush and explained the basics after installation. If you would benefit with a tower arrangement I really recommend this LG unit!

We've had this for almost 1 1/2 yrs. now and love almost everything about it: Pros = LG app notifies when the wash or dry cycle is complete as well as giving a reminder when to run the tub cleaning cycle and washing the lint filter (never knew we had to do that). My wife is petite, so for her having the control panels consolidated in the middle as opposed to split between the top and middle closed the deal for us. Our old one was over 10 yrs old before it started having control panel issues (not an LG brand) so we were blown away at how little water the LG uses for the same load. It cleans well with so little it was shocking! The one con we've noticed is that even with the setting set to Max Dry the clothes do not always come out completely dry. We often wind up having to run a gentle shorter manual cycle to dry it completely (ours runs on gas). In spite of this, we would get it again. Overall, we are happy enough with it that we have slowly started to replace our other appliances with something from the LG brand family.

And if you want extended functions, the app is great. You get cycle and maintenance notifications with the app as well. My wife is so, so happy with this unit!!!
