It's been a long time coming, but we finally got this new washer/dryer unit and it is a huge improvement over our old unit - quieter, bigger drum, cheerful music at the end of the cycle. The only drawback is the dryer sometimes leaves things a bit damp, but we're still figuring out the setting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After my 10 year old washer/dryer stackable died, I decided to replace it with this washtower. This washtower is full of modern technology like LED lights, touchscreen, WIFI so an app can let you know your wash is done. It’s quiet when it’s going through its wash or dryer cycles. It even steams your clothes for sanitizing. Couldn’t ask for a more modern washer than this. So far I’m a VERY happy customer

We have had the wash tower for about a month. it seemed to boast a lot of features but doesn't come through. our prior .May tag had more options including seemingly more sensors. I find the "Normal" cycle for the dryer blows cold air and have resorted to using timed dry. Can't gauge how the washer is doing though reeked of a metallic smell for quite a while. I'd say love the dimensions just not the most user friendly or efficient appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t wait for laundry day my LG laundry Tower is fun and my clothes come out so clean. My favorite feature is the ‘ Bedding ‘ cycle for pillows and the dog beds ! The entire large dog bed gets washed by a water spray technology that wets the entire bed rather than just sloshing the outside around in water like my previous washing machines. Same with bed pillows. They really are washable with this machine ! I often use the steam feature for softening fabric and sanitizing. Whites are as white as day I bought them. Just love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this unit about a month now. Love it. Easy to use, clothes come out looking great. Love the controls in the middle. I'm short and this makes it very easy to read without using a step stool. Attractive and looks great in laundry room. Have owned LG in past and have been happy with them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great washer/dryer combo. My biggest concern was that it would shake all lover but it barely moves even when the washer is in a spin cycle.Very quiet when running. This unit looks so nice I wanted to put in the living room but my wife said no, the laundry room is better we all know who won!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this LG washer/dryer after living 4 years with a very noisy washing machine. This machine is very quiet, including a pleasant, short tune that plays to indicate the washing or drying cycle has ended. The capacity is remarkable. Minimal soap is needed to clean a load. The dryer is efficient and effective in drying clothes to the desired degree. I was confused initially as there is no means to manually end a cycle. I am accustomed to being able to turn off a dryer when a load has been sufficiently dried. I discovered the machine will automatically cycle off in the "Pause" mode after several minutes. Being of short stature, I especially appreciate having the controls for both washer and dryer situated in the middle, between the two stacked machines. Overall, we are very happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer dryer combo fits in my space perfectly. It’s very quiet and energy efficient. The most difficult part was to get it up the flight of stairs since it is one piece. Also, you need to make sure you buy the steam kit before installation. I suggest professional installation. Delivery drivers have no clue. I love it very much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG wash tower has been my family’s safe for years and now a dream has come true for us all. Washing and drying clothes is faster and freshen the bedroom with ease. I was a happy woman when I took this home with me and keep it open for full time use at my residence. How did I ever live without my LG machine before? I was using internet to work from home and study on my lawn for gardening. Walking on long roads and along the mountains for comfort, now that I am looking for a newer apartment I chose this piece because safety and comforts the same qualities I look for when I get on my bicycle and speed off into the sunset or by ocean for a perfect view. My day as a patron is complete, not as a way to a ending of my day but as a means to an end.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the LG wash tower more than a month ago. I am very happy with his performance, the overall aesthetic, contemporary look, and how easy it is to operate! I regularly use the app for some of the additional washing programs! So far, I am extremely happy with my unit!
