No more soap residue dried into my towels and linens. My clothes are actually cleaner!!! It’s a beautiful unit that matches my black stainless LG appliances in my kitchen that the laundry room is adjacent. The features are fabulous.

Located in our garage, it has a much smaller footprint that side by sides, takes less time for each function and easy to load/unload. The delivery people were awesome, did not rush and explained the basics after installation. If you would benefit with a tower arrangement I really recommend this LG unit!

After extensive research, I discovered this model from LG. This unit hits all my requirements. Love the color options available. We've only used it a few times. Does what it's supposed to. We have yet to use all the features. More to come on those.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had the machine for two weeks. First front load and first stackable we’ve owned. Since we modify almost all default settings, it has taken some getting used to (we like cold water wash and light heating dry), but it gets the job done in less time and better than our old top load set by another maker. Very quiet; no agitator, which tore things and always got unbalanced on the old machine, so no babysitting needed. Drys better when sort by size and fabric like the manual says, but sometimes needs a second (timed dry) pass. Fits well physically in our older house. Energy efficient also. Well made, built to last. Wish the drum lights were automatic for loading and unloading, but overall great —- very pleased. First LG appliance also.

My husband and I bought this unit about 5 months ago and have been really happy with the cleaning results. We are having some issues with the dryer - we keep getting the d80 error code which signifies that the vent/ducting is clogged at 80%. We have had an air vent cleaning company come by 3 times to clean out our vents; this could just be an issue with our building vents, but it is a little frustrating at times since the dryer stops when it gets the error code. Thankfully even when it stops early with the error code our clothes are usually already dry. Again, this may not be an issue with the appliance itself and may be a building venting issue, but we weren't having this problem with our previous dryer. Otherwise we are very happy. The appliance is sleek, not loud, and fit nicely into our small space.

I've never had a stacked unit before. I enjoy all of the features both physically on the control panel and on the app. My biggest complaint is having to lift all of the wet clothes up into the dryer. I think I'd rather lower the wet clothes into the dryer.

The LG has the features I want, fits in the same space with no alterations needed, and is a top-rated brand for reliability. Also, it's gorgeous! Favorite features: • easy to reach controls (in middle as opposed to top of stack) • drum lights • prewash, extra rinse & steam functions Only minor complaint- the dryer door gasket picks up a bit of lint each load, but it wipes off easily with a damp cloth.

We needed to replace our stackable units in our bathroom closet.We were able to see the tower at our local appliance store. They had it available and came out to measure the space. It is beautiful and adds to the bathroom instead of being an eyesore. The features are incredible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The L G Wash Tower holds nearly twice the wash as any other stackable washer and dryer that could fit the the small area we had available. The washer dryer provides many operating options including a wrinkle removing spray, plays music, and can easily be operated by a cell phone. And it does a great job.
