We’re sorry to hear the steam function is not performing as expected. The steam feature should not simply dribble water, so this may require inspection to ensure proper setup and operation. In some cases, confirming the water line connection, supply valve position, and cycle selection can help, but if the issue continues, service may be needed. Regarding the drum light, it typically activates when the door is opened during operation or shortly after a cycle ends. If it’s not functioning at all, that’s something we’d also want to review.
