I bought this dryer about a month ago. I have been testing it with every big blanket I have in the house and it works amazing. I have a load going everyday sometimes twice a day with kids and my husband working. This dryer keeps up quickly, efficiently, and quietly. I love that it tells my phone when it is done. It is definitely a 5 star along with the new washer.

First front load we ever owned, and, so far, so good.  We needed a high capacity washer with a hand wash/wool setting.  This is only one of three machines I could find.  Bosch makes a front loader, but it is a compact one. Speed Queen makes a top load one, but it has an agitator so may not be as gentle on wool and hand wash fabrics.  The LG has multiple wash cycles, WiFi connectivity and Alexa support.  I only wish the detergent/fabric softener bin would be bigger so as to accommodate more loads (18 loads).  Otherwise, we really like it, and the clothes come out clean and smelling fresh.

It is nice to pair it with the app and be able to be notified when the load is complete. I also like that it reminds you to clean the filter and has the load detection setting. We Love this dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I am very happy with the LG dryer. However, I'm disappointed with the installation process. I paid for full install with all of the parts. First, about a month later, we had an error message about a clogged vent and pulled the dryer out to inspect and noticed that the hose was far too long and was bent and kinked, causing the problem. Once we cut and shortened the vent piping, that problem was solved. We had also noticed that the steam feature didn't work well. When we had the dryer out to solve the above issue, we noticed that no water line was installed to the dryer, even though we paid for full installation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer is excellent.  It offers plenty of cycles, and the steam de-wrinkle function works great!  The clothes come out nice and dry without any fabric damage.  I just wish the drying rack would come with it instead of a separate purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the large knob screen, it makes menu navigation easier but the screen turned off and had to disconnect the power chord and reconnect for it to work again. I hope this ‘ll not happen again, reaching to the back of dryer is not easy.

This replaced an LG dryer that I had and loved.  I love the new upgrades (wifi and smart sensing).  I thought maybe there would be new drying technology that might dry my clothes faster, but so far I haven't found that to be true.  Hoping they are as trouble free as my last set were.

Good looking, and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the LG front load washer and dryer and both was delivered on 2-21-2024. the washer has performed very well, I really like the auto soap and fabric dispenser. The dryer has only one problem. The floe sensor always says 80% or 85% blockage. I had the duct system professionally cleaned and I got same reading; I then changed the roof vent to one that is much larger and is not supposed to reduce air flow. I just wish the dryer had a better fan. thinking about going to a larger vent pipe or a fan assist in the duck work

I purchased this online to replace my 10 year old unit and man was that ever a mistake 
The dryer light will not function with the door switch so I assumed something was wrong.
It turns out it was designed to only operate with the power button 
This is the equivalent of needing to push a button on the front of your refrigerator to have it light the interior 
Here is the real kicker if I reset the unit by doing an unplug the light will open with the door one time so it has the ability just not the programming.
Thanks LG for the stupid design !!!
Why even put a light in it.
My trust in LG is now gone and will not purchase without going to a store next time.
